+ -1 moreScheduled services to be completed on 8/24/2015 at 6pm. At 630, provider still had not shown up at our residence. When we called we were told he was in the area and just stuck in a little bit of traffic. We waited another hour before calling back as he still had not shown up. We were told at that time that he would be pulling up at any moment.After over two hours of waiting around for this guy we finally gave up. We called back and rescheduled him for the following evening at 6pm. Once again we had the same issue. It is now an hour past the appointment time and he has not shown up and we cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call us back and I am furious. I missed an event at my daughters school while waiting for this guy to come. Horrible customer service. Zero professionalism. And this company clearly has zero respect for peoples time. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone-not even my worst enemy. I would hope that this company is not representative of the types of companies Angie's List provides. If so, I'm clearly wasting my time and money.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing because he never bothered to show up.
