Pumps, gas lines, garbage disposals, water filter systems, sprinkler systems and septic tanks and fields. I roughed-in whole houses with new plumbing. I troubleshoot electrical controls. I read blueprints and did code work within specifications. I am a sewer and drain specialist. I operated all types sewer machines, water jet machines and video sewer lines. *Property Manager/Residential Superintendent - 7 years Managed 100, 64 and 23 unit apartment complexes. Maintained and repaired buildings, landscaping, painting, wall repair, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and swimming pools. Supervised others in grounds keeping and maintenance.
