 + 5 morePlease be aware of this company. They came out to remove the tree that fell on our house. They make you sign a contract that you will only use Taylor Construction for the repairs. This happened August 25th and we still don't have a single repair done. There is still a tarp on our roof and there is now extra damage from all the times they failed to put the tarp on well enough to prevent rain from getting in. Everytime it rains water drips from our light fixtures and walls. They aren't responsive to phone calls or text. They act wonderful until they get the check from insurance and then everything changes for the worse. This has been **** for us.

 + -1 moreThe rep took a hard sell approach, asked ridiculous questions and refused to take any measurements ... even refused to continue the appointment unless "my husband" was present. Well, this little lady has building industry experience and I assured him I am more than capable of comprehending any information he had to share. He then continued to insist "my husband be present" right up to the moment I closed the door in his face. I called the corporate office to complain. I was told this is actually a company policy. It's 2017 folks.

 + 0 moreMy gutters need cleaning badly. There are certain areas where the gutters spill over the sides. I have called and when I was unable to speak to a person, I have left three voice-mails. In addition I have sent three e-mails asking to set up an appointment for a cleaning. To date I have received no response.
Description of Work: Replaced gutters several years ago with "lifetime" guarantee whenever they needed cleaning.
