So kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. While it was painful to spend so much money, I truly believe it was necessary and they explained in a way I could understand.

I am really glad that I called Ray's Septic Service. I have been receiving their ads in the mail at our old house and I have heard about them on the Forsyth County FB page as everyone had nothing but good things to say about the company. My experience goes as follows: I'm a realtor and we were in a transaction to buy our new house. I call Ray, the owner, and he sends Travis and his helper. They were there very promptly at the property. They were just about to dig when Opendoor, who is the seller of the house, said NO you are not allowed to check the septic during Due Diligence! Now, you should always be allowed to check whatever you need during Due Diligence as you are thinking about BUYING that property and that is kinda a large purchase and investment!! I felt bad about the guys coming over as we all thought that we were going to get the septic checked that day. The guys were very polite and professional and told me not to worry about it. As the transaction went on, my hubby and I DID decide to buy the house and we had them come over again the day after we Closed. THANKFULLY, the septic was OK and we just had to get it up to code as it was not. I feel that I also need to add that Travis had some very spectacular digging skills. One corner of our septic tank is just BARELY inches from one of the footers to our deck. He dug very skillfully and did not upset that footer at all. The septic company that Open Door dealt with was very shady as they said they pumped it and passed it with a passing Septic Letter. But, when I saw the tank opened, the thing was almost overflowing! Thankfully, Ray's Septic Service was able to help us out and be out there when we needed them to be. They explained everything to a "T" and I will be referring them out to my future clients as well if a septic tank will be involved in the purchase! Thank You Ray, Travis, and team at Ray's Septic!

Ray and his assistant were professional from the first phone call. Communicated well via email and phone and was on time and thorough. Very well priced and would recommend him to anyone.

We live "way out" and our 20 year old septic tank had never been serviced. In fact, we were not sure exactly where it was located. It took a long time, but Ray's folks finally found it only to discover that it really didn't NEED pumping. They did install a vent and access portal and it was somewhat expensive, but we should never have to worry about it again. I'd hire Ray's guys again!

Fair price for the work done

We had a problem with our septic tank, and after researching several companies, we decided to hire Rayâ s Septic Service. Ray was able to accommodate us into his work schedule the same day we called. We were the last house on his schedule, but due to unforeseen issues at another house, he was running late. He kept in contact with us throughout the day updating us on his progress and reassuring us that he would take care of us. He and Allen arrived and thoroughly inspected our septic system. What we thought was going to be a simple pump-out turned out to be repairs that the previous septic company didnâ t report. Ray showed us the problems and explained everything that needed to be done and gave us an itemized cost list. We liked dealing with Ray and Allen; both men were friendly and courteous and we will definitely hire them for all future septic work. We also liked the fact that Ray, who is the owner of the company, comes out to do the work. Heâ s not like other companies who have a large fleet of trucks and workmen; youâ re dealing with him directly.

Trevor came out to pump our tank and gave us some sound advice and a rough estimate if we wanted to replace or update our system. When I first contacted the company I got to speak to Ray right away and he even looked up the info on my house and sent the license information to me when I couldn't find it alone. I will hire them again for sure.

Ray was friendly and professional. He inspected, pointed out the problems and what would be needed to solve the problem. He allowed me to watch and explained each step they were doing. Pumped ot my septic, which I inherited from previous owners. Had not been pumped in 16y years it appeared! Great Job- good people!!

Trevor did an excellent job - pointed out a small repair that was needed and completed the work within the quoted time. Cost was more than initially quoted but that was due to the repair needed and the volume in the tank.

Trevor and Ray provided excellent customer service. Ray responded quickly to my request and described what their process would be. Trevor called ahead on the day of service to verify that the time was still convenient. He then came out and did a fantastic and thorough job of siphoning out the debris and silt that had settled in our underground tank that serves the irrigation system. The tank looks like new! All this on a hot summer day but with a positive and customer-friendly attitude. Excellent work, exceeded expectations! Many, many thanks for your service!

Ray was very good at his job. He was thorough and explained everything. Ray was able to come the day after I called. He made sure to call me this morning to let me know when to expect him. I really liked that he gave me a Veteran discount. I gave a 4 rating on the price; only because there is always room for improvement. 😆 I would recommend Ray.

Professional, on time and reasonable. Unfortunately I purchased a 20 yr old house with a septic that had never been pumped, therefore I paid over $1000 which should have been a $200 job if it had been pumped every 3-5 yrs. 😢
