These guys were a huge help! They helped clean out and repair our septic tank, and prevented further problems in the future. Completed the task in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves very nicely! If you want a job well done, give these guys a call!

Ray's was expecting a quick in and out, pumping two separate systems. It ended up my 99 year old Mom was flushing Wipe 'N'Dipes. Everything was clogged, nothing was moving. She lives in the guest cottage behind my house, which has a separate septic tank & drain system.. On my house, either the original owner, her brothers were the builders, had the corrigated drain tubing taped to the Septic tank vs using a PVC tube to connect tank to drain system; or the people I had pump it a few years ago, broke the outlet & used the tape. Anyway, no one told me about the tape till Ray's Septic brought it to my attention & verified it was ok to correct & continue the work. The clog, leakage, and damage caused by the rotting tape cost me aprox $5K. It pays to hire a very knowledgeable 5 star company to do it right. Five stars to Ray's Septic Service.

The original project was to just clean the tank. However, it turns out that the previous owners had let it deteriorate. The company was honest with pricing, gave us a military discount, and worked quickly and efficiently (even though there was only one person).

I wish I could mark this 6 stars. We were under contract on a home and Ray's did the Septic inspection for us. The inspection service was thorough and reasonably priced. During the inspection, the inspector let us follow him through the yard and answered all our questions. They found that the septic was over flowing and when the owner/seller requested it, they pumped the septic and did all the necessary repairs immediately. Additionally, we had to explore the viability of installing a pool and do so very quickly as we were in our due-diligence window. Ray was extremely helpful in answering questions, guiding us on pulling the permit, helping us understand the permit, and helping us understand what questions to ask the County to determine if we could put in a pool on that lot. He always answers my calls and takes time to talk to me and even lets me email him documents I got from the County and would look at them for me and provide his professional input. After much diligence we had to terminate the contract on that house. As such, we are still searching for a home that we know we'll want to put a pool in. As we find homes with septic systems there's so many questions that need to be answered to determine the viability of a pool install. He is still answering my calls and looking at documents for me to help us understand what we're getting into. Again, all of this is without a contract or payment. He's just being kind and helpful to a stressed out home buyer. He's so helpful and professional. He really knows his stuff. And, if/when we ever find our home in this crazy market we will absolutely continue to use Ray for any septic services we need.

I had a major problem with my septic system and they were accommodating to get the problem solved within a day and it was the 23rd of December!! Very happy!!!

This is the second time we have used Rayâ s Septic Service and again they responded quickly to our call. Itâ s not very pleasant when youâ re not able to use your bathroom facilities and itâ s beyond grateful to have someone come out to the house so quickly. Allen checked everything out and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and he and A.J. got to work very quickly to correct our septic problem. Itâ s a great feeling to be able to deal with someone who you can trust. We highly recommend them for your septic problems.

Rays Septic was very knowledgeable and professional. They did a good job but their truck left a stain on our driveway. They brought this to our attention and sent a power washer person out to clean the leak from the truck. Still have a stain on driveway but our septic project was done well.

We have owned this home for 13 years and did not know we had 2 septic tanks until yesterday when Ray's came out. We have only had the 1 cleaned out over and over.

They did a great job and came out quickly. The price was very high for the work done based off past experience. Specifically we had a cleanout drain that was broken. We know this because we dug it out all the way past the broken part (by hand) and had everything at the cleanout exposed. All the septic company did on the cleanout was insert a piece of PVC (it was not even rebuilt as in cut, and new piece glued on, it was literally just an insert) & fill the hole back in & for that, we were charged an itemized price parts & labor $600. That is way too high considering what work was completed. Now the rest of the work was something that we could not have done ourselves and they were able to get the tank dug out, show us the issue (which we already assumed to be roots), and get that cleared out, Over a month later and we have had no more septic issues! Again, extremely quick to get out here (same day!), fixed the problem the same day, and left everything looking great. Service person who came out to the house came out after 4 or 5 pm & was so kind, professional, and friendly. My single issue was the price for the cleanout with them, however, my husband was advised of the price PRIOR to the work being done - I just don't think he realized what all was going to be included in that $600 (which is on us too). In the end, I would *definitely* recommend, just make sure to ask questions about work that you may have already partially completed.

He was also very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. This was my 1st time dealing with a septic tank but I now have a better understanding of the septic process. He diagnosed the problem and gave a detailed explanation of exactly what was needed. I would definitely recommend Ray's Septic Service. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and I truly appreciate everyone's honesty. Thank you!

Drain field replacement and upgrade to high capacity chambers. Not the cheapest, but the most responsive and most thorough. k and best value. kept appointments and communicated well. Worked with Gwinnett County to give me the best solution, and ultimately save me several thousand dollars, by avoiding additional work. very knowledgeable, and professional. no surprises, highly recommend.

It turned out that my tank didn't need to be pumped out. It did need other service that they could not provide and offered a competent plumber to solve the problems. I definitely refer this company to anyone who asks with the need for Septic tank service.
