Ray's has a quick response and the get the job done right. Trevor was very efficient in explain what needed to be done every step of the way. He made sure the septic tank worked before leaving. I will definitely file them in files to contact them in 3 to 5 years for re pump. he also recommended how to help with futire issues from grease to every day. Keep ip the great .

Ray and Mike are excellent, honest people. Our septic had old pipes and debris was backing up in the house. Ray came out quickly and told us that we need to replace the pipes. While we waited for permits which Ray took care of. Mike would come over to empty the tank until the work was ready to go. They finished Monday and all new pipes were placed. Ray took care of the setup, and the inspections needed... He did an excellent job. The cost was expensive, but we had no choice. It needed to be taken care of. Now we will be alright for years to come. Very grateful that Ray was a member of Home Advisor. He is a very nice man and explains everything. If we need him again we will call them.

I have recently been experiencing septic system issues. As a result, I have done business with more than one company. Of all of the home repair companies I have ever employed (including septic) Ray's Septic is the most thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair-priced company throughout my 11 years as an the owner of a home built in 1972. I will actively be recommending them to my neighbors and family. Ray and Mike know how people want to be treated when they experience a septic system issue. After weeks of stressing, I finally feel relieved because Ray's is trustworthy. I will call no other company in the future when a septic system issue arises.

Mike the gentleman who did the work was great. He explained everything and when I locked myself out with no phone etc. he was so helpful . He made sure a locksmith came and he finished his work leaving everything clean.

I will be using again, when the time comes. GREAT customer service and very knowledgeable and walked us through everything that he was going to do and helped us understand the situation. All professionals should be this way. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

Ray was responsive and cared about doing a great job. He also was a very good communicator in making sure that I was not surprised as we went through the process of diagnosis. A good experience for sure.
