Ray is very professional, service oriented, and tenacious on getting the job done. He returned my call quickly and was out the next day solving the problem immediately.

Called Ray, got initial quote over the phone, is his honest estimate over the phone since there is no telling what he will run into at job site. Standard price for pumping include 2 ft of digging. Additional digging will require more, which I accepted as more work is require. Long story short, Ray quoted a price including cutting up roots and solid debris inside tank. After a few minutes Ray came in to give bad news that more work will be needed and since I can't afford the big job atm, he will just charge for the pump and dig. His honesty in cutting up tree roots earn him a good review and future job with me. Though I prefer not to have to deal with the bad news, at least I have confident that when the time comes, I have someone I can trust to get it done.

These guys were great! Responsive, courteous and professional. I only rated 4 star instead of 5 for one reason, Like everyone else in this business the initial over the phone price quote only applies if your tank is the best case scenario. It's how they get their truck in the driveway to make the sale. As for the guys at Ray's... hate the game not the player. Hands down the best I found. I already recommended them to folks in my neighborhood.

came out the next day and fixed it right away

I called Ray's on a Sunday and Mike came out the same day. Mike is very personable and knows his stuff. My goal was a second opinion on some very expensive work. Based on Mike's opinion, we're going to hold off on the big job for now. I highly recommend this company.

I asked for a quote on a problem. He showed up the day after the request through home advisor. He was able to diagnose the problem, begin work and fix the issue immediately.. He also saved us some money by offering a military discount. Would definitely recommend Ray's service again.
