+ -1 moreGreat! Excellent service, very professional. They service my home and my rental home and my condo before that. I've used this company since 2001. They installed a whole new system in my previous home (which I now rent) and I keep a service/maintenance contract on it and my new home. The leak would have cost me money this summer because my system wasn't working optimally until today - glad we caught the leak in May! This company earns my trust and my business each and every time. Highly recommend R&D.
Description of Work: Performed scheduled maintenance on our AC system. Found a leak and repaired it. They serviced the system last year when we bought our new house and they put a dye in the system so that they could detect any leaks. The preemptive work they did last year helped reveal a leak this year and ultimately saved us money.

+ -1 moreR & D explained things very well and they were very friendly and professional. They scheduled the work to accommodate our schedule. They left the work spaces very clean and actually did a few extras that improved the functionality of our system. We highly recommend R & D - they're first rate.
Description of Work: We needed a new furnace and coil. R & D presented several options - one of which would save us money for a future replacement. We decided to replace the AC unit as well which saved us $1000.00 by having the installation done along with the new furnace. Our AC unit was very old and had not been performing well in the last few years.
