Provider did not respond to e-mails, didn't answer phone and voice mail was full. Have tried intermittently for weeks to try and contact. Had to call Angie's List and get a refund.

Matt Lopiccolo replied promptly to my email request, and he was very prompt with an estimate. Matt provided a good plan and quoted a reasonable price. I found that Matt was personable, proficient, and did a very good job. It is a pleasure to have a good job done by a honest craftsman.

After getting a few estimates from other plumbing companies, I settled on Pristine Services, largely due to their professional manner, and their extensive plumbing knowledge. Matt LoPiccolo met me, on time, to survey the problem. He quickly came to the same conclusion: The entire line should be replaced. He provided an estimate that contained various options I could choose to include or exclude, depending on my needs, my ability to remunerate and the urgency with which I needed the job completed. I decided that time was important, so I opted to have him utilize a trencher, as opposed to digging the trench by hand. It wasn't a long run, but it did involve a slight incline. I also decided to have him include a new pressure valve. He said the basic configuration was sound but that a better, longer-lasting solution would entail extending the copper line through the foundation wall and connecting the water line at that point. He arrived, punctually, at the agreed-upon time, with crew. They performed the work quickly, but meticulously, making sure each phase of the project was functionally complete before proceeding to the next part. They informed me of their progress, allowing me to monitor same and to ask questions, both relevant and tangential. Pristine Services completed the project well within the estimated time frame. They tested the new water line, informed me of the water pressure differentiations, and instructed me on tap-testing/running sequences. They then re-filled the trench, smoothed the terrain and reseeded the surface area. At the end, they presented me with the well-itemized bill for all services rendered. I paid them. They left. I proceeded to wash clothes, dishes, and shower, all without incident. Personal opinion: Matt is friendly, easy-going and mannerable. He listens to you, answers your questions intelligently, and interjects when appropriate. I found him to be a refreshingly professional businessman and would recommend him or refer his company without any reservation.

Matt has a phenominal work ethic. Work is top notch. He shows up when he says he will. Does work so he doesn't have to come back to fix.
