The company called me right away after I purchased the ticket. Technician showed up on time. The only complaint have is that I asked him to turn on water to the humidifier for one of the furnace but he didn't do that.

The overall experience was very pleasant. All people were very courteous and respectful, both of me and of my property, and were very committed to doing their job as best as possible.
Description of Work: He checked my heating system (routine maintenance check), replaced the filter, and checked out an installed but not working humidifier. We talked over the pros and cons of trying to get that one to bring humidity into the house, and he suggested a steam whole house humidifier as a replacement. A humidifier is an absolute necessity for me, and I need it to be very reliable. So I agreed to the steam humidifier and he made the arrangements for me to have it done. The gentleman was very pleasant, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I am happy to have a service for maintaining my heating, AC, and humidifying systems that I do feel comfortable with and will use for years to come. The $313 figure was for the maintenance check and the replacement filter. I did have the humidifier system installed at a later date, and was very happy with their work and professionalism as well.

If you have a GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM this is NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU! My unit was serviced its 6 month service (I had bought the maintenance agreement) on Monday, 1/28/13 and then it went out on Friday night, 2/1/13. I called Premier Saturday morning and they were quick to come out and take a look but Mike was not the most friendliest tech. He was here about two hours and said that he didn't really know what was wrong b/c he didn't know what the codes it was flashing meant and that he needed to do some research. He also told me that it was probably the circuit board and that he couldn't do anything about that until the weekday and it would be expensive to fix. He did leave my unit on emergency mode which keeps it somewhat comfortable (around 68 degrees) in the house but it also left the unit blowing this air 24/7 for the next two days. With no directions from Mike I called Jesse (whom I normally deal with and really like) on Monday afternoon and asked if I needed to set up an appointment to get my unit working properly or were they going to get with me when they got done with their research, he told me that he didn't know anything about my call that he would have to get with Mike. He did call me right back but sounded annoyed! He told me that Mike was busy doing service calls that day and that I needed to give him time to look into my problem and that Mike would call me back as soon as he had time to look into it. Well here it is on Thursday 2/7/13 and I have never heard back from either one of them! Yesterday, 5 days later...my poor unit was still running 24/7 trying to keep us warm and no telling what my power bill is going to look like....I called another company out of Jasper, GA. They came out, were here for 4 hours and had me fixed up and running again. It wasn't that expensive circuit board that Premier was going to try to sell me, it was the heater pump and was only a $400 problem. I am just really disappointed in Premier and their customer service, I didn't expect this kind of treatment from them. So please think again before you use Premier for your Geothermal System needs.

Premier sent out one of their guys to do a thorough estimate on a full AC/heating system replacement. He took his time, explained all the details and did a complete review of the current setup. I was happy with the insight he provided and the work he put into the estimate, but ultimately the price was too high for me to be able to commit at the time.

Danny Gaskins was our Sales Rep who visited us for an estimate to install a Mitsubshi Ductless HVAC system. Danny was professional and polite with no high pressure sales pitch. We explained our budget to him and what is was that we needed; ductless system for a playroom in walkout basement amd he showed us options.Among the three Vendors we called Danny had the best presentation. Danny was the only Sales Rep that our 2 year old grandson Ryan cried for when he left, so we knew we found our Company! The quote we were given out beat the other vendors. On install day Jason and Gary arrived at our home on time and we felt that two of our friends came over to do the work, that is what gentlemen they were. They could not have been more polite and helpful, and the install process was explained to us along the way. They never once did anything haphazard. Walls, outlets, etc. were measured more than once for accuracy. Explanation of the unit until we were comfortable with it was the main concern for them. Any and all debris were cleaned up. We definitely recommend Indoor Comfort Systems to anyone who takes pride in their home or business as they are professionals who will respect your investment.

A/C stopped before a holiday. Had trouble finding a company that could come out to fix it; Premier came out on the holiday. It turned out the problem was more complex than originally anticipated and involved replacing compressor terminals, ordering & replacing a fan motor for an outdated A/C. It did require a few days to order the motor; they called when it was in and scheduled it's installation the next day. Service was good; he pointed out the problem, and seemed concerned with being sure that it worked correctly before leaving.

I checked out several places and even though this may not have been the lowest price I decided to go with reputation. The estimator came out and did a thorough look and offered several options for systems appropriate for my home. I made the choice and they came out the following week to do the installation. The installers were on time and were very careful inside the house. They did a thorough job and even though they needed to do some extra work to bring an exhaust pipe to code they did not charge extra. They cleaned up everything after they were done, showed me everything about the system and the new thermostat and double checked that I would get my eligible rebates. The company filed all the warranty paperwork and I received my rebate just last week. I also had them come in to clean my tankless hot water heater and they did a good job with that.I was very happy and the new system is definitely saving money.

My air conditioner quit on a Sunday morning during a heat wave. I called Premier and they actually made a service call that afternoon. The technician did not have the necessary part, but he rigged the a/c to cintinue cooling until the part arrived. On the second visit he was pretty late in arriving, but I guess no one is perfect. This time he got it fixed permanently and it's been running like a champ ever since. Overall I was very pleased with Premier.
Description of Work: The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and made a temporary fix to keep my a/c running until the necessary part could be ordered and installed. A few days later he came back with the part and got it fixed permanently.

Overall, the service was delivered although there were delays and there was rework to be done. As I said, I'm not sure I'll renew the maintenance contract. These guys seemed honest but not "top notch".
Description of Work: The initial service was for an A/C unit that was making a high-pitched "whirring" sound. The technician came to my house within a couple of days of calling them but had to order the replacement part, which was fine since the unit hadn't failed. I was trying to be preventative. However, when he came back the following Monday with the part, it was the incorrect part and they had to find the replacement so we were without a unit for one hot evening. Not a huge deal, but they said it wasn't their fault although they did apologize. Even though it was a part mix up because of there being to A/C vendors in the area with the name starting with "Premier", saying it wasn't thier fault was a little weak. They are the vendor who I requested for service, so if things go wrong, it is their responsbility and accountability, period. Anyway, so the technician did replacement the part. But then, a couple of days later, our A/C blower unit froze over and stopped working. Another hot day and night, but the service technician came back the following evening to fix it. Not sure the fault there either, but this had never happened to us before until after Premier worked on our system. It's been a week since the second visit and all seems to be working well. The technician put a few ounces of coolant in our system and didn't charge us anything.I purchased a maintenance agreement for a year before all of these other things happened, it will remain to be seen if I renew. I wouldn't consider these guys the "best" but they aren't bad.

Our air quit working on one of the hottest days in Atlanta. I called around 0800 and made an appointment for Sunday, the earliest appointment. At 1800, Shane called me and stated there had been cancellations and he would be over in 15 minutes to fix our AC. Shane was professional and quick and within minutes knew what was wrong and was able to fix it. He even showed 2 new home owners the basics of the AC in order to keep it in top shape. The system was cleaned out entirely, a system check was run, a cleaning chemical was placed on the outside unit, the coil was cleaned, and in 5-6 months they will come back for a free heat check. I will definately be using this company again and thank them for their speedy response.

I would never use this company again. Unless you're in a position to take part of the day off from your work there is no convenient time that they will come out. Unfortunately, we had signed a service contract and didn't want to throw our money away. Our error. When I asked them if they could come out after 4 PM or on a Saturday I was told no. Three o'clock was the latest they scheduled. The office was both rude and condescending. So, unless you want to go into work late one day (and be available during a 2 to 3 hour window) or leave work early to meet them, don't use them.

I've been very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I got them assigned initially from a home owner warranty program, but I plan on using them for all HVAC work, even if the warranty service doesn't select them. I've used a lot of HVAC companies in the past, and Premier is hands-down the best I've encountered.
Description of Work: I use this company for both maintenance and a twice-a-year checkup. Today was the check-up day -- Dan arrived on time (within the promised 2 hour window, not 4 hour window... 2 hour!) and went to work. A missing screw holding the cover over the air filter was replaced and now I don't hear that occasional rattle that I was hearing here and there -- I never thought to check that as the cause of the rattle. Foot covers on before he came in house, put large numbered stickers on both units so my spouse or any visitor needing to reach them will know how to do so.

Great. I am the landlord of the property and the tenant dealt with the technician and scheduling. But from what I can tell through talking to the tenant, they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Technician showed up on time. He found that the root cause of heater not functioning is as simple as a loosed connection to controller board. Called me and explained to me what happened. The call would've cost me $80, but "recommended" that I go with a 2-times a year maintenance contract and let this be one of the calls. Since it's a rental property and the units are kind of old, I thought that's a good idea and I did. From talking on the phone, the technician was honest and courteous. And take into the account of other reviewers, I feel pretty good to give an A for the experience. I would personally use them again for my house or the rental property.
Description of Work: Inspected heater (not working). Found a loosed connection to controller board. Fixed it. The $120 is actually for a 2-time / year maintenance I ended up purchased. This service serves as one of the 2-time maintenance calls.

I would highly recommend Premier to anyone putting in a new system or doing duct cleaning. I would request LB Flowers to do your service work. LB and his associate TJ really seem to care about what they are doing, and they did an excellent job on installing my new system. The work product and quality is exceptional. They went the extra mile and did a few extra things that were greatly appreciated (fixing a water leak, dryer vent collar reattachment, and identifying electrical issues). I am very pleased.

I took the day off to be at home to meet the repairman. He arrived on time and once he assessed the situation, did not have the part on his truck. He said that he may have to return tomorrow. Of course that would be a huge inconvience to me. I received a call a few hours later from their office which said the repairman was on his way back with the part. So the repair was completed the same day!

The service was prompt. The tech diagnosed the problem right away and found a simple solution. which worked. The tech got right to the problem and we were very satisfied with the solution.
Description of Work: This was a repair call not a seasonal service call. Our downstairs AC was not expelling water properly, and the water was collecting in the crawl space. The company sent a tech out promptly and he found and fixed the problem very quickly.

Scheduling was great -- a live person who actually listened to me and put me in touch with the right department. The technician showed up on time, very friendly, and installed both the thermostat and checked both AC units (not just one that I asked about). Found an issue with AC unit from previous repair (a different company) and explained to me the issue - not critical but something to get fixed on next visit. Waived a portion of the fee and applied it towards a twice-a-hear AC/Heating inspection that was reasonably priced so we signed up for that much needed service. I found Premier from an Angie's List search... very happy with the ten A results... and happy to add an 11th A to the list.
Description of Work: Assistance with installing a new digital thermostat and checking on AC unit's odd behavior.

I was impressed with the level of professionalism and detail. Donald explained everything to me and was respective of my home. He always covered his feet before coming inside. I hope Donald is the person who comes back to my house. He waived the service fee since I did the annual service and still honored my coupon from Angie's list. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
Description of Work: The technician Donald, added freon to my air conditioner, cleaned the coils of the AC unit, replaced the filter, and set me up on an annual plan to have them look at my systems and change the filters.

Company performed service contracted (one time system check) in efficient, timely manner. Heating system functioning at end of service. However, service person could not determine cause of secondary problem with furnance blower that runs at will. Service person stated might be old thermostat or control board in furnance. Did not offer solution to either of these, but responded when asked abut cost of fixing possible causes of problem. Since he was not sure either of these was cause, I installed new thermostat did not fix problem;re-installed old. Now furnance does not work, but blower still comes on at will.
Description of Work: From company receipt:Completed 1 time inspection on 1 system' Replaced 1 16x25 filter, checked operation of safety switches, checked and amped motors checked all wire connections, cleaned flame sensor, monitored and adjusted gas pressure,checked burners and heat exchanger, took temperature difference, checked operation of blower moter. All OK at this time.

We had another company last year and had nothing but problems. Saw the Big Deal on Angie's List and took advantage of it. We couldn't have been happier. Came to find out that many of our neighbors also use Premier. What better recommendation? On time, professional, neat and left no sign they were here.
Description of Work: Premier arrived on time, serviced 2 furnaces, installed and drain pipe from our humidifier to the drain and installed a new thermostat for us.
