Description of Work: After finding a refrigerant leak that another firm had failed to identify, we decided to fully replace the home HVAC system with an upgrade and different brand. Premier was very responsive, informative, and frankly cheaper and more convenient than the quote we had gotten from COSTCO.

Description of Work: Nathan and his team installed an entire dual fuel system in a very old house which had never had any central system for either heating or cooling. Given that the house has very little crawl space, the guys had to do some creative problem solving in order to get everything in place and working. They were thorough, punctual, and very courteous. They answered all of my many questions during the installation process. They also worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up all the mess when they were done. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high, but after observing them work for two days and reviewing the finished job, I think it was about right. I especially appreciate their high quality workmanship and attention to detail, which says a lot because I am very picky.

Description of Work: We have used Premier for several years. They have always be professional and punctual. They take the time to explain when there has been a problem. I always felt they were honest - never felt they tried to charge for things not needed. We had a service contract with them and they always called to schedule the routine checks. We recently had a problem and called them. The issue really just required the system to unfreeze. No charge. Highly recommend based on our experience.

I think they could have initially communicated a little more regarding follow up for the installation date and information regarding financing, but everything worked out fine in the end.. The service techs arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned up everything after they finished. I had some things I still needed to discuss with the office and the service tech worked to get me in touch with someone - even though it was a Saturday. I would say that of all the home service techs I have dealt with these guys definitely rated as some of the highest - not only in professionalism but in their customer service skills. They are definitely an asset to the company - how a tech acts when you have them in your home can make or break your experience with the company and in this respect this company has nothing to worry about!

 + -1 moreThe company was polite and efficient on the phone, knew exactly which parts were needed for our specialized filters and saw to it that these parts were sent out with the technician. The technician was polite, capable and thorough. We were completely satisfied with the work and the service from this company.
Description of Work: We used them for the first time based on Angies List. They were also an authorized dealer for our brand of air systems. They cleaned and serviced our AC units very thoroughly. They also replaced the large filters and the ultraviolet lights in our electronic filtration systems, which are very important to us due to family members with allergies. These filter parts were the biggest part of the bill.

Description of Work: My third floor was not working (or so I thought) and Robert came and figured out it was actually a capacitor for my second floor AC. He caught a problem before it happened. I had to wait for a part for a day, but it was worth it because it was the right part.

 + -1 moreChad came and did a fabulous job. When I called them it seemed to be the hottest day of the summer and my air was not working, so they got me in the next day. I got very lucky with them. When he came he found the leak and fixed it at no charge, all I had to pay for was the refrigerant and the trip charge. He finished in one hour and he was very nice. I am very happy to recommend them.
Description of Work: Premier fixed a Freon leak in my air conditioner unit that cools my 1500 square foot condo. He also refilled the unit with Freon.
