Where do I begin? Do not hire. I want that to resound loudly through this review. This started in October 2018 with a bid on a kitchen remodel (this is prior to the company switching to only doing plumbing and water heaters). The home was a rental property I had just acquired. The company P3 had a good amount of reviews and seemingly everyone was pleased. Phil came out and bid on the project, gave me a fair and reasonable price. Also an estimate of 21 days for the project to be complete. I was to pay for portions of the job as they were completed. For the exception of cabinets. Those required being ordered. Cool, this made sense. I promptly paid for the cabinets ($1975) along with every task as it was completed. There were many many miscommunications and lack of communication along the way. The cabinets which I paid for WERE NEVER INSTALLED, RECEIVED OR REFUNDED. I was beyond the most patient client any provider had seen. MONTHS have gone by and there were COUNTLESS times when a rep or Phil himself stated that my money was being returned. Mail delays, lack of ability to pay virtually, "fraud" with the companies account. Etc. The few jobs they completed at the site were half-done. I have had to have other professionals come in and clean up the work they completed. The original website (Thumbtack) that this company was using to promote and obtain business has since notified me that they are no longer active and I can not message them through that app. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER hire this company. I am a very understanding person as I deal with life like any other human being, but they lack all versions of professionalism and would probably be classified as scam/scum in my book.

Unfortunately, hot water wasn't available in my bathrooms or kitchen for about 3 to 5 minutes after the installation of the new water heater and Phil didn't respond to my texts or calls to come check out the situation.
