They picked up my mower, performed a full service, grind & delivered it back to me in less than a week. I was a pleasure working with Ken to service my lawn mower on-site at my home. Very professional and responsive. He arrived on time as committed. Very convenient for him to service my power at our home versus me having to transport it to his business then return to pick it up at a later date.

My one-pull-start lawnmower would start but not keep running. Kent came out to the house on a Saturday morning. Flushed the carburetor, changed the filter, cleaned the gas lines and checked the oil (which was fine), sharpened the blades and got her running great again. Would definitely hire again!

Short version: I had a great experience. The cost was fair and I would use them again without hesitation. Long Version: Kent was very friendly. I had asked if they could squeeze me in on an already busy Friday. He said they would certainly try. To my surprise they were able to arrive within an hour of when I had originally wanted the appointment even though I didn't have one. All the while, texting me to keep me updated on when they might be there. He was able to sharpen the blades on one mower and do a full tuneup on another and was done in about 45 minutes. Gave me a very fair deal as well. BONUS: Wanna know how I know they are a good business, they did the one thing that almost always signifies a good company. They chose honesty over profit. I had asked if the mower that was getting its blades sharpened if it needed a tune-up as well. This would have netted another 50 plus dollars but Kent said no. Mower was good and should be that way until next Spring. Guess who I'm calling when it's time? Mower Medix.

Kent was very nice and knowledgeable. Our TruCut reel mower stopped propelling. He came to our house and replaced the chain very quickly at a very reasonable price. So glad we found someone to do repairs on reel mowers on site.

Turn around time was about 2 weeks. The mower was picked up and returned by a friendly person. He patiently let us try the mower out when it was returned. We had a concern about a noise that occurred after the mower was used for a long time (nothing that could be heard during the repair. The owner came himself to check it out. The wheels needed lubricant. He quickly fixed the noise. A few weeks later we needed a specialty washer for our edger. He met us with one at no charge. Really nice and trustworthy company.

Outstanding job! Kent arrived when he said he would. Very professional and friendly. Instead of sharpening the blade he replaced it for the same price! He also repaired a leaky gas line and gave us a lot of very helpful tips. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Excellent. Called Mower Medix and the owner gave me a date and time when he would be out to the property. He was within 15 minutes of his stated arrival time, which I consider excellent with this type of service based business. He picked up the mower, took it to his shop, and then called after looking at it to inform me of what needed to be done, and provided an estimate of cost. He also gave me a target date when repairs would be done and the mower would be back at our place. I have used Mower Medix for push lawn mowers, riding mowers... he does a good job at a good price.

Very patient, great at what he does, didn't make a dime yet he still helped me.

He came out and did a phenomenal job. He came out, took the mower, fixed it and brought it right back. His price was reasonable. His work was excellent and I would recommend him. He had great customer service.

I am glad I found Mower Medix. I normally take my lawn mower to acworth Ga for service every year. But my schedule this year is very busy so I had to find an alternate company to perform maintenance on lawn mower. I found Kent's Mower Medix on Angie List and called him immediately. I was happy to hear he will pick up my lawn mower, service it and return to my home. This works great for me since I have very long days dealing with work and family each day. I am glad I found Mower Medix. Kent is awesome gentlemen and he did an excellent job on my lawn mower. I plan use his services going forward.

Mower Medix responded quickly to my call requesting mower repair services. They picked up multiple mowers at my home for a nominal charge which made this process more convenient. They repaired the mowers and returned at different times but did not charge extra for two drop offs. They performed the work accurately and pricing was fair. The quality of communication and responsiveness was excellent and I will be using their services again, I recommend Mower Medix.
