I am sorry and shocked by your review. I felt we had really gone above and beyond for you and your home. After you had scheduled your appointment, you needed to reschedule. We did reschedule you even though you were inside of the 48 hour cancellation policy. I am unsure about the late comment, as you were the first home. We estimate our arrival time between 8:30 - 9:30 for the first home, subject to traffic which is outside of our control (arrived at 9:37 AM). We did send an associate who had just completed her training, but we didn't charge for her time. You purchased 4 hours of cleaning (2 hrs x 2 associates), and requested 1 additional with two associates, and we gladly took care of for you. We then spent an additional 2.5 hours there with 3 associates. After completing the job, we then asked you to walk through to ensure you were happy. As always we re-cleaned anything you wanted re-cleaned. We are 100% committed to customer service, and we do our best to ensure you get exactly what you were looking for and then some. With the approval of one of the owners, we provided you with additional $450 worth of service at no cost to you. Purchased: 6 hours of cleaning (2 associates x 3 hours) $210 Received: 16.5 hours of cleaning (3 associates x 5.5 hours) $660
