They came out and cleaned. I have about 4,000 sq. ft and they were able to clean about half that with the two techs that they sent. I didn't have to have them reclean anything, and they used their own products.

We were able to schedule the appointment through Angie’s List messaging center. They were responsive to our messages. Two crew members came for the work. They were punctual and professional. The work was completed on time as projected. However, the quality was not as I had expected from using other housecleaning companies in the past.

I hired them for a deep clean and they gave me a paper list of what they were suppose to do and yes some of it was done but so much was NOT! How could all baseboards been hand washed when there was still a dead bug near a baseboard. Blinds that were not hand washed, dusted maybe but hand washed like they were suppose to be NO! Bottoms of chairs, tables that were not cleaned, dining room table that was not dusted thoroughly nor the silver tray sitting on top. It seems only a couple lamp shades were cleaned not all. Picture frames not completely dusted, clock on wall not completely dusted. I can go on and on and I didn't even try that hard looking into each room. The problem seems to be that the work was done half !!! There was no consistency. Yes my house was cleaned as it gets every 3 weeks from my normal cleaning people. It was not DEEP cleaned as I hired them to do. It was not worth $305.00. I have had other companies do deep cleans and they used 5-7 persons for 6-7 hours not 2 people for 4 hours. I am very disappointed to say the least.

They did less than I expected in the timeframe. The stove was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Update: I appreciate that you were concerned enough to respond.....that shows leadership, responsibility and a concern interest in your customers. Thank you!

They did a great job. I will have them back only if I can have Jeanette and her sister. They worked so well together. They did a great job!

It was alright. They sent 2 girls out to do the job. I would not use them again. One of the girls was standing just standing around and did not seem to do much.

The cleaning was spotty - they "overlooked" quite a few things. It was a very poor job.

They did a great job-- they literally got on the floor and cleaned it! They helped me carry the last few things out to the front porch for us to take with us--even some heavy things! They were very professional and kind and they didn't mind that I had my 5 month old twins with me, even when they cried. They did a great job!

I had trouble reaching the company. Cleaners did not show up for first appointment. After rescheduling the cleaners showed up hours late for second appointment.Work was satisfactory but nothing special to overcome scheduling difficulties.

My experience was just fine. They got right to work when they were here. They were able to fix up my house before thanksgiving and they did a great job.

they called as theywere running a little behind which was no problem - asked questions about my prioriity on items to clean when they arrived. They worked very hard and did a great job. Would hire them again.

It went very well. I was very pleased with the results. It saved me a lot of time and energy.

It worked great! There were two housecleaners that stayed for 3 hours. I kept them to clean on a regular basis because they did such a good job. They are very thorough and I’ve never seen anyone clean the floors on their hands and knees like they did. They said they do that because you can see all the little corners you can’t see when you are standing up.

There were a few things that I had issues with. They were late but that was fine because they called to let me know and kept me informed that there was something happened that day in there other client.

Well personally I feel violated. I trusted someone with my home. Instead of doing the job that they were hired to do, they spent time outside smoking. I would never recommend or hire this company again.

They did everything I asked them to for cleaning the house.

One of them was good and the other was not so good. I had 6 hours and they sent 2 people and they spoke to each other more than they cleaned. And that was my biggest problem. They weren't concentrating on the cleaning.

It went very well. I was going to call them back but I ended up having to have surgery so I'm going to probably call them back in July. They were really thorough. They really wanted to do as much as they can during the 6 hours. It was just really dusty. They just kept dusting. It was a challenge but they met the challenge.

The two cleaners were friendly, efficient and did a good job of cleaning my home in preparation for a party! Would use them again.

I bought 2 blocks of time knowing my house is pretty big. I figured for $200 this should be ample. They came with 2 people and told me there was no way they could complete house with the time purchased. It ended up costing me $400...I typically pay that for a full deep clean. It was not even close to a deep clean. In addition, prior to them coming out I asked for someone to reach out to me to discuss continuing a monthly contract. No one ever responded. I again asked once they were here about having them set me up monthly...they said someone would get back to me...never heard back. Ended up not being a big deal due to the job they performed. I personally think they make more money by getting in the door and then upselling their time.

They showed up on time, excellent communication, very friendly and professional, knocked out the job. Will use again.

Ok. They provided the manpower and I organized the job. They were more of house keepers than professional organizers. The ladies were very kind but arrived 20 minutes later than stated. I paid for 4 hours and received 2 hours with two people. That would have been fine but one of the ladies had an issue and was on the phone for 40 minutes. I assume she was in the car but did not know since I was upstairs working with the other lady trying to get as much organizing I could with the 2 hours. Looking back I was lucky the other lady was not down stairs robbing me or stealing my identity. They also asked if they could eat some Cheeseits they brought with them. I had no problem getting a handful but they eat throughout the 2 hours of organizing which was a bit unusual since it was only 2 hours without food. I will say the ladies were extremely kind and we're very good and nice to my over bearing cat and dog. I do appreciate that since they are my "children." I work with special needs families and children and I understand that people have off days. Life happens -- I'm just glad it happened with me and not someone else who would not have understood. My overall opinion try them but have a clear expectation statement upfront what you want and what you expect. Would I use the. In the future? Maybe I put no because I did not have the maybe choice.

We had some issues with scheduling due to all the ice storms, but when they came they did an amazing job!!! In fact, I asked for a quote on a bi-weekly service--but no one ever contacted me to set up that appointment. They did a great job---my house was immaculate for my son's party and I was a very happy camper.

They're excellent! My wife was very happy, which is what matters to me! They were great to honor the Deal even after it expired. I can’t think of anything they could have possibly done to make it a better experience.
