Lusk Pools & Leisure Products

It was great. It went great. Here a year later, it is great so it shows that they did a good job. If I needed a new pool, I would absolutely them again. We were really happy.

Great experience! I enjoyed participating in all the design decisions. Delivered on time and on budget.

The service was fast and efficient, and I appreciate the fact that they do not and quot;up-selland quot; you into products that are not necessary. (Obviously, the sales people do encourage you to buy buying larger volumes, etc of the things needed, but that is their job....plus it does save the customer money as well.) I also will share an experience I had at the store: I have always been pleased with Lusk's customer service; however, I was very impressed by one of the sales girls there in a specific visit. She had only helped me one time previously (several weeks earlier), yet I walked in to get my water tested, she addressed me by my name. I felt like a very important customer, and to be honest, I am probably one of their least valuable customers from a financial standpoint due to the size/style of our pool! If I was planning to have an upgrade in our pool or pool environment, I would definitely give Lusk a chance to bid for the job. Unfortunately, our original pool was not installed by this store, but they have never hesitated to provide helpful advise or information on how to maintain or fix issues.) Their store also carries a lot of other nice items for pool and picnic areas.

WOW. Sorry to read the above statement on Lusk. Our experience could not have been better. First, Teresa is a wonderful salesperson. She patiently went over everything we would need from the ground up; and I heard from her almost daily throughout the entire process. She also had the best design of any of the 5 companies we had quotes from. Lusk also, and most importantly, delivered a quality product for the best price. Other than our home, a pool was the most expensive thing we have purchased yet. The process was smooth. The contractors they use are top-notch, respectful and do quality work. What else could I ask for? I have and will continue to refer people to Lusk. Thank you to the Lusk family and especially Teresa for a beautiful addition to our home.

The lady came out (I think her name was Teresa) and was very kind and prompt. Our experience was good but we chose not to go with Lusk Pools for the following reasons: they seem to be more experienced with liner pools than gunite or shotcrete. They didn't seem to have a good eye for design and creativity. We have a major upward slope in our backyard and really needed someone to help us create something beautiful and their design was very blah. She showed us a book of pictures of work they'd done. Frankly, we were not impressed with the photographs. If you're showing off your work, you'd think you'd see the very best of the best. Their pictures were of pools that were very unexciting, unimpressive stone work and they all looked a bit and quot;cheapand quot;. We wanted to create something beautiful in our backyard and they just wanted to put a pool there and not help with any vision. At the end of the process when we were considering all our options, she was the only one who failed to follow up. A good sales person always follows up. We never spoke to her to let her know about our decision to go elsewhere or why. They didn't want our business very bad I suppose because they never contacted us after giving us final quotes/plans.

What most impressed me about Lusk Pools and Leisure Products was their enthusiasm and eagerness to please me. This company brought a sense of excitement with them. This made the whole process enjoyable. It was a huge job that they handled very well. They may have been late a couple of times but this was a minor thing.
