+ -1 moreThe company was responsive. I ordered fabric and had it sent to them (after contacting them by phone). They called to let me know it arrived and arranged to pick up my love seats just before I left for a vacation. When I returned, they called a couple of days later to let me know that the seats were ready and we arranged a drop off date/time. They were exactly on time (as they were for pick up). The sofas look - and sit - like new! They added padding to cushions, tightened webbing supports, etc - they look wonderful. The company did forget that I'd asked for two throw pillows to go with the sofas - but when that was pointed out, they completed them and shipped them to me the next day (and called again to apologize) and I received them two days later, along with my extra fabric. It was about as easy an experience as one could want!
Description of Work: The company recovered two love seat sofas for me; the sofas were about 20 years old and had been used in our living room for that length of time.
