JOE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

I called Joe and told him the problem with my dishwasher.  He spoke to me over the phone and told me exactly what the problem was.  Unfortunately, he commented that the cost of the repair would not be worth it and that I should consider buying a new.  He gave me some referral where to buy a new one, told me that right now dishwashers were on sale and that I could get a good price, and even recommended a brand name.  My impression was that Joe was a good man to work with.

I found Joe on Angies list and gave him a call..  He was at lunch and came to our home in 2 hrs!!  
Joe is very professional and knew what was most likely the problem with our dryer and had the part with him..    It was the heating element in our Kenmore Elite H3..   Had us up and working in 30 min..   Saved me buying a new dryer for $1000!    What a relief right at Christmas..   You go Joe!!   

We have used Joe's Appliance Repair for years. He is always prompt, tries to diagnose over the phone to give you some idea of cost of repair. But a phone diagnosis is just for reference.
OUr washer was walking across the floor. He thought it might be the bumpers or bumper plates, but after evaluating and tipping the washer over, that was not the problem. He leveled the feet and eventually discovered the agitator was not working correctly. The washer has not walked once since he left.
He is honest and trustworthy. I do not hesitate to have him come to my home when I am alone. That is an important point and should be a discussion point in all reviews.
