The whole process of dealing with J Ross Creations was a very positive experience. Our house already had some plantation shutters and we wanted to match those. Justin and Nova were very good about communicating, always quick to respond to any questions and keeping us up-to-date with the production facility's progress. The new shutters are beautiful and they match perfectly. Some of my windows were a challenge due to not being perfectly straight, and Justin did a remarkable job of fitting them. He is a perfectionist and really takes the extra time to to an excellent job. I highly recommend J Ross Creations and will be using them again for some other rooms in my house.

One of the best contractor companies I worked with since our family moved to our current house in 2002. Considering the difficulty homeowners facing to find good contractors for house maintenance, I feel truly blessed this time. Nova always responses to my emails in a timely manner. Justin patiently provided me with all the options I can have. I ended up with a low profile (thinner size to better match the frame), bi-folding, folding to the left and folding to the right, split in the middle to have privacy and light at the same time, hidden rode. The sunburst top shutter just looks great! Quality product, quality works! Justin paid a lot of attention to the details during the installation like aligning the panel frame nicely with the existing window frame, add extra magnets to better secure the panel, sealed the nail holes and paint to make it looks perfect, use the matt to prevent scratching the wood floor. Dusting the shutter and clean the floor at the end of the work. Justin is a true professional who is such a polite and nice person with a great work ethic. I will definitely refer J Ross company to my friends and coworkers. Thank you Justin!

It was like watching a PERFECTIONIST at a job he loved doing. Within 4 !/2 hours he transformed my entire house. I was amazed at the affordable cost and the discount I was given. My family no longer teases me about being a member of Angie's List.

Contractor come out measured Windows. A week later they arrived and were installed. Let contractor know after he left that the blinds didn't look like the blind we picked. He was very nice about it and said that he stands behind the product, so if we don't like the way it looks he will recorder them and replace it .
