Fabulously! The railing turned out to be even better than we thought -- originally ordered to comply with building code for insurance purposes. The porch is high, steps are long. But we did not anticipate how the wrought iron railing would provide a stunning architectural improvement to the front of the house. Everyone in the Iron Man office -- from office administration to installation -- was a pleasure, and very professional.

If there was an A++++++ I would give it to these guys. They were great from the beginning. I showed them a mock up of the new front doors I was having installed and they designed the railings to go with them. They were patient with me, even sent me several designs to consider. At no point did I feel they were trying to push me into anything or rush me to order. They came today to install them and I have to say they are beyond my expectations, BEAUTIFUL!!!! They were here when they said they would be, finished quickly and cleaned everything up perfectly. The level of customer service I received is something you just don't get very often anymore. Trust me, I have had a lot of work done around my house! The quality of the railing is outstanding also. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

I contacted a number of railing companies for a quote. I live on a hill, and wanted a railing installed along side the 17 feet of steps that I have leading down to the sidewalk in the front of my house. The other railing companies kept quoting on more railing than I wanted (they were all pre-made I think), plus they wanted to install it directly on my steps, and not to the side. Iron Man was able to make a railing exactly the way I wanted, plus install it to the side and not on the steps. They told me to allow 3 to 4 weeks for them to manufacture the railing, but were able to make it in less than 2 weeks. They were very polite, on time, and charged less than half of what the other companies quoted. I am very pleased with my new railing, and have received many compliments from my friends. It is very sturdy, and should last for many years.

Ross was extremely helpful with the design and selection of a hand rail and garden gate. Ross was punctual and professional during our first appointment. He provided plenty of visual examples and was knowledgeable of what worked in various situations. He was personable and thorough. He explained ongoing maintenance. Ross was always responsive to my phone calls and questions. .The installation went as scheduled. His team was efficient, and the products went in as planned. Absolutely no problems and the completed project looks great. I highly recommend this provider.

The finished product is lovely and has stood the test of time, storms ice and snow. And still looks gorgeous. Ross was very responsive, got back to me right away and communicated well. He was very open to changing his original designs based on my input and produced a great finished product. He comes very highly recommended by several of the major fence providers in the greater Atlanta area. Whenever I told them I needed to match existing wrought iron work, they all directed me to him. Couldn't go wrong really I guess. If you want a quality product that will last and be original, you can't do better than Iron Man Iron Works.

Ross and his team did a great job! Ross guided us through the whole process. He measured the front steps and porch, took notes, and talked with us about the type railings that would look the best for our house. He gave us a preliminary estimate. Later Ross came back and showed us drawings about how the railing would look, measured the steps and porch again, and finalized his estimate. We liked his attention to detail and plan of work and paid him his deposit. After about two weeks, he came back and installed the railing he had build. We were very pleased with how efficient and well done was the work. The railings have added beauty to our home.

I called to talk about custom ironworks on my interior staircase handrails. Two phone conversations, they were going to email me back with all kinds of examples and displays of what they've done and other things for me to choose from . And call me back to set up a time to come over and look at my handrails . I never heard from them after the second phone call .

They promised the job would be done within one week, and finished the job a couple days early. The railings look great and the copmany is extremely easy to work with. They delivered everything they said they would.

Work was completed as promised. They were a pleasure to work with!

Representative came out to discuss work, was very informative but never responded in providing quote. DO Not Recommend.

Iron Man Iron Works was professional and provided excellent service. We needed a hand railing installed on an outside staircase. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Dealing with Ross and Co at IronMan was extremely easy. He was very communicative without being "sales-y." Their price was much better than several other quotes I'd received. Since it was a custom build, they gave me the lead time and then actually got it done several days sooner (when does that happen in the home business!). I didn't feel like I was getting hit with the "ITP Upcharge" that a lot of contractors seem to do. A fair price for a fair job. They installed quickly and cleaned up whatever they brought in. The only reason I didn't give all A's is because the initial contact thru Angie's List took a couple days (some places didn't even respond), and even that I gave a B. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Ross and his guys are first class. It is nice to see true craftsmen doing their craft. This was part of a project where we replaced the front stairs from wood to stone. Now our house stands out. In the neighborhood. Honest and responsive. You can't go wrong selecting Ross.

Ross responded promptly to our request for information and an estimate. Did an excellent job repairing the area of the rail that had broken and even fixed a small area on the other rail at no additional charge. Would definitely use again!

Iron Man Iron Works is a pleasure to deal with. Ross is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He came out, took detailed measurements, provided an estimate and concept promptly after our initial conversation. He installed the new fence and gate within 10 days which in my experience is much faster than the competition. Because the gate had a wood frame with iron inserts, Ross need to coordinate with the carpenter which he did very thoroughly letting everyone know the status and requirements until the job was completed. They also restored three vintage iron planters which were in terrible condition to like new condition. Iron Man Iron Works' attention to detail, service and quality cannot be beat. I will definitely be using this company again and again. Thanks!

He was on time and very helpful with all aspects of the project. In a few weeks the iron work was ready for installation. The railings were installed following the stairs in a graceful curve. Very professional in every aspect of planning and installation. We are delighted!
