Brad was always available by phone, arrived as scheduled, was at all times clean and professional. When he came to do the initial inspection he was ready to provide a detailed "plan of attack" and an estimate of cost. Totally responsive and professional.

First time to use HomeAdvisor and HomeFree Services. Brad Peeler was punctual, informative, worked with MY schedule (although he was busy with other jobs), courteous, non-invasive and thorough. He explained the pest problem I was experiencing at my home, outlined the steps (with alternative solutions), timeframe to get the work done and cost for the services. He was in/out very quickly. I want to give his work a few more days before declaring 100% 'victory', but at present all signs show his services to be successful. I would gladly recommend Brad Peeler to anyone with problems like I had.

Brad, reviewed my situation and was very honest that I could just replace the affected siding with Hardie plank as i had other wood that needed replacement anyway instead of getting rid of the Woodpeckers. i will use him in the future as a trustworthy person is rare these days

Brad did a great job. Extremely quick to respond to our initial enquiry for help with our squirrel issue, even catching one on his initial visit! We were given several options, all at a reasonable price, which also included repairs to the damage our furry friends had done to the roof. Always available for questions and gave us advance notice by text to let us know when he was on his way so I could arrange to be there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Great experience - easy to work with

The staff explained very detail about rodents control and treatment first, after checking the whole house, provided a reasonable and executable plans. After signed the agreement, they came on time, and finished the installation of treatment devices. The staff is very nice and professional. I am satisfied to the phase one job, it is well done.

He is one of the best pest control ever.
