Materials delivered before job started and dumpster on site for removal of old scrap materials. Plastic tarps put in place around house for easy clean-up of old roof materials. Job started early on Saturday morning (temps were in the 90's) and completed job around 3:30 p.m. All old nails removed by rolling magnets and hand held/ Dumpster removed same day and moved to another job site.
Description of Work: Complete re-roof of 35 year old ranch style home. Remove old roof material and check plywood for damage, old roof material loaded in roll-off dumpster for removal from premises. New felt paper installed before new shingles put on with nails ( no staples were used). Skilled laborers were used with all necessary roofing equipment.
