 + 3 moreKevin and his crew did a fantastic job with the whole project. Kevin was at the house most of the time, either working himself or overseeing his work being done. I was very happy with the personal service I received, and the quality of the work. I have already asked Kevin for quotes on some additional projects we want to tackle this year, and he has been very detailed and helpful in planning those projects as well. I will definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: We purchased a home that was a short sale and it needed some work before we moved in. We had hired Connelly Residential in the past for powder and master bath renovations in our previous home, as well as some other smaller jobs, so we hired him to do several of the things that needed to be repaired or replaced on the new house. His company replaced a set of exterior french doors, repainted several areas in the home, re-grouted the tile in the shower floor, and completed several other smaller jobs to get our home move-in ready.

 + 5 moreKevin is very professional, and always submits an estimate for his projects. You may find if you're pulling bids that his prices are a little more than the average contractor. I feel that's because he views each project realistically, and you never suffer from sticker shock when the job is complete. If the job comes in under price, the savings will be seen on your final bill. He's honest, dependable, and a pleasure to work with! I never hesitate to call with any problem, and no problem is too small.
Description of Work: I am a house manager for a family in Atlanta, have worked with many contractors on different projects, and I feel confident that Kevin from Connelly Residential Services is the best! We've had a number of projects going on in the house. In the past 5 months, Kevin has installed new aluminum clad doors, installed new aluminum clad windows, painted the interior, installed new trim on exterior, pressure washed the house, leveled tile in my master shower, completed numerous dry wall patch and paint projects, and is currently helping me file a claim through homeowner's insurance for unexpected water damage! When my car was blocked in the back of the house by a tree cutting service, Kevin even ran me to the bus stop in his truck!
