Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling is family owned and operated heating and cooling company. We are located in Canton, GA and have been in business for over 17 years! Our service area includes Canton, Woodstock and most of North Georgia. We provide heating and cooling maintenance, repairs and replacement. We pride ourselves in delivering 5 star customer service! Description of Work: Had issue with AC unit running constantly, changed thermostat myself (now I had 2 issues) called comfort and a human answered the phone (nice) and made a quick appointment, explained service call pricing. Tech showed up on time, called before he arrived, fixed issue in 20-30 minutes and was very professional.

Description of Work: My HVAC system is nearing 14 years old so I have a maintenance agreement with Comfort Zone to keep my system running well. The agreement has Comfort Zone check my system 4 times a year and gets me prioritized for service which came in handy when one of the exhaust blowers went out last year when I needed heat the most. Great company; Christian owned.

Description of Work: I have an annual maintenance agreement with them, so this was the Spring AC checkup and cleaning. At the end of last year, my whole unit died, and since I had been happy with their previous services, I chose them to replace it, with absolutely no regrets.

Description of Work: Installed new hvac system. Salesman was very professional and punctual. He priced both Amana & Trane systems. He offered professional advice regarding both. We went with Trane for longevity and quality. He also linked up a full house air duct cleaning with a reputable company and had it rolled into our 0% financing plan. I highly recommend comfort zone!!
