They did excellent job. They are very thorough, and our air is even cooler now than before. They are very good.

It was okay. One was $500, almost $600 and another one was $530. I found out I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else, but I needed a furnace, so I didn’t have much of a choice. The repair guys were nice, but I guess they have a book they have to go by. They came on time. The work got done. Like I said, it was the price. I thought it was a little bit expensive.

I won’t be using them again. I didn’t like some of their billing and the way they were doing some of the repairs. Another company was a lot more fair and up front reputable. What they charged was the frustrating part. They did an install of the motor and I think it was an exorbitant price for what was done. Essentially, it covered the fan and they did it under warranty and that’s why I won’t use them again. I don’t think the work was done incorrectly, but overall value of recommendation, I would stay away from them.

It turned out just fine. We have a service contract with them. We are very pleased. One worker came out to do the service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He left the place completely clean.

I like them. They were very respectful. Provided a lot of information. If I were to put in a heating and cooling unit, I would use them. They were professional and knowledgeable.

Depending on the technician you got or the service you needed, it would be good or bad.

We’ve used them several times. Every time we need the annual cleaning and inspection and any kind of work that needs to be done, that is who we use. I do remember my husband saying it was not as expensive as he was expecting it to be. They are the only ones we use now and we have been using them for a couple of years.

They did a good job for me. The price is fine. They did some work off and on for me about over probably three days. They did cleaned up fine, it was okay.

There was a mix up in what type of heating element to use and we had to have them come out a couple times to rectify a couple of different issues. They did take care of it but it took some follow up on my side.

They did a very good job of identifying the type of unit we needed and how much they would charge us for it. The execution was the challenge because they come out a couple of times and didn't have everything he needed. They tried their best to some respect to try to make things work. At the end of the day, they didn't put the right heating element in which was kicking the breaker. Ended up calling in an electrician. They took care of the issues, it's just there were more issues than I would have preferred.

It was perfect. He came because I was having problems. I think it was in the summer. The price was fair. It was like an emergency service when they came out. It was really hot and I didn't have any air conditioning. I would tell someone that I was referring that considering that it was kind of an emergency, I didn't feel that they up-charged me for that.

I have a maintenance agreement with them. I have them come out twice a year and check everything. I'd say they are good and they do what they say they are going to do. I have been using them for many years. I have a maintenance agreement with them because I am happy with them.
