They did a great job.
Description of Work: Got 15 yes, you read correctly 15 quotes for HVAC in my basement, and they fluctuated widely in price and quality. Comfort Zone was the best for price and quality. Glad to use them and would use them again.

We have always been pleased with the work that has been done and would recommend them to others. |They haven't always been here at the stated time but they did let us know that and what the new ETA would be.

Not even an hour after I bought the Big Deal, someone called me and said they could come out and do the work. He came to the door, I showed him where the units were. I never saw him with any tools or equipment in his hands. He went out to them, he then came back in and handed me a statement that said I needed to have $628 worth or work done. He wasn't here more than 10-15 minutes, it seems like the inspection wasn't thorough to say the least.
Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List for a tune up.

Initial call for help resulted in repairman on 8/4. Recommendation to replace >25yr old unit made. Installed 8/5 took 6 hours. Heatwave in SE United States caused many units to fail. Placed call at 6AM to answering service after family couldn't take it anymore. Got the name off of the old furnace that they serviced in 1989. Initially operator thought they didn;t provide service to this area. The repairman and office were very expedient in getting back to me. The coordination was seamless throughout. They had a 12-mos same as cash payment plan with a down payment of $871. I only wish I had the chance to compare cost with other companies.I could not because this is a 2nd home and I'm too busy to attend to this at a later date. To tell the truth the "Family Owned" business and prior use of this firm convinced me that these guys were trustworthy.
Description of Work: Selected and installed Heat pump On 5-story condo roof. Replaced indoor coil over furnace in the condo unit.

I called Comfort Zone Heating & Air in the morning when I realized my heat was not working and they came out the same day. The Technician, Wayne, diagnosed that my circuit board was bad and it was still under warranty. He was able to come back later that night and he replaced the board.
