Work was done quickly and professionally.

These guys were great. Honest and helpful. Replaced entire HVAC system and all that goes with that. We are also switching from another provider for our maintenance contract as well because of our level of trust in them and the quality of work we've seen so far.

No problem with the installation (yet). They charged $281.00 for the cost and installation of the pump (they would not break down how much for each). The installation of a condensate pump in my situation is not that difficult and I looked online and could buy a pump for $37.00 (maximum of about 5 different pumps was about $80.00). When I called the office, I was simply told that they install their own equipment and that is what they charge, adding that it is the same for any other company in their service sector. That may or may not be true. I just feel that I was overcharged. I will not use the company again.

I am very pleased with them. I would use them again in the future.

I chose to go with Comfort Zone based upon the ratings and reviews posted in Angie's list. In contacting Comfort Zone, they were able to respond quickly and had my service ticked dispatched. On Call field rep, Travis Hoffmeier was quick in responding and communicating with me and was very professional and customer centric in giving me updates on when he can come over to take a look at my issue. I appreciated that very much and was superior to any other technician I had dealt with previously. Upon arrival to my residence, Travis was very kind and considerate and was very attentive to my needs and even took his boots off when Travis entered my house without being to which I find very unique and courteous. Travis took ample time to look at the issue and explain step by step of what needed to be done and broke it down so I would be comfortable with the option to chose to rectify my current issue. Travis spent quite a bit of time taking care of my needs and sympathizing with my current issue and trying to restore my A&C unit better than before. Travis by far was superior and extraordinary in his customer service and went above and beyond in his efforts to ensure I was 100% satisfied before he completed his work. Travis excelled in both his customer centricity and workmanship in resolving the issue effectively. I would recommend Travis for future work and will use Comfort Zone as long as Travis a part of that company and will in the future request Travis in future jobs and issues with my A&C unit. Travis embodies the type of technician every customer should deserve to have the pleasure to work with. Thank you Travis and Comfort Zone to resolving my A&C needs as it is greatly appreciated!

My air unit blew a compressor on 7/2/14 on one of the hotter days of the year. I called around to a few service providers and received what I thought were high estimates. When I called Comfort Zone, the representative spent about 45 minutes with me, asking questions and providing information. In the end, he did not recommend the most expensive system but the system that would work well for my home. I decided to replace the furnace as well since it was close to 20 years in age. They were able to schedule me quickly on the following Saturday, and the installation went smoothly and quickly. The installers were great; they worked quickly and explained everything that was happening, as well as giving me a tutorial on the new system. The new system works great and the price was fantastic. Thanks everyone!!

First of all, I wish I could remember the name of the tech who came out because he went above and beyond. Our water heater went out. I actually called him on a Sunday afternoon and after the company gave me his personal number. He was at my house first thing Monday morning with a new water heater. If there was something better than an "A" for the responsiveness category, they would get it. The service was very professional and was performed in a timely manor. The quote they provided was the finished total and we were very pleased with the end results. The tech ran extra copper lines, new drain line, and new intake line. None of this was previously in the quote and they did not charge anything extra to make sure all of this was done the right way. We are very pleased and will use this company again in the future if the need arises. Job well done!

I was more than happy with it. It's just somebody I would recommend. I've had somebody to come in after them and they had no complaints about the work that they had done. I think their price is fair. The quality of the service was good. The guy was very polite and he explained everything that he had done. They did come when they said they were going to come.

The experience was outstanding. They are just likeable. The repair crew that comes out has always been pleasant and professional. They do what they are supposed to do. They give us the report and then they leave. Everything is done very quickly. They show up on time. They call us in advance, so everything is good. They come out a couple of times in a year.

I've always had pleasant experiences with them. We pay $100 a year and they come out in the fall and spring. They're thorough, personable, and show up right on time. They allow me to ask questions and they explain what they're doing. Their service technicians are really good.

They took a really long time to put it in. It took them two days. They did not put a covering over the hose. They had to come back to do that. The AC did not work. It got hot so they had to come back to fix that. The pressure was off or something. They have been willing to come back and fix the problem. It is just that it was kind of a pain that they did not do it right in the first place. I paid an extra $100 for the filter. They fixed the problem. They were late the first day. One guy was fine. The other guy was touching my stuff, and I did not appreciate that.

I would use them again in the future.

I've had very good experience with them. I think they're reasonable and they're prompt in coming. When they say they're going to be here, they're here. Their work has been fine.

They came out and filled the Air conditioner with freon without letting me know and I got billed $340.00 for that without being advised first. Other than that they were very courteous and arrived on time.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work and the price that Comfort Zone quoted us for the repairs. We had several quotes given to us and Comfort Zone had the best price. They came out to inspect the air conditioner and let us know A coil had to be replaced and did not charge us a service fee just to come out and check. We had Comfort Zone repair the air conditioner two days later they were on time and were very prosfessional. We had no problems what so ever since the repairs have be done. We will be calling on Comfort Zone if we need them in the future.

We have used Comfort Heating & Air for years now. We have a plan where they service the air conditioning and heating units each once a year. They are prompt with scheduling the appointments and they have always responded within the same day when we have an issue with our air conditioning or heating units. The technicians are always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

This company was very professional. They gave me a very reasonable quote on a system and even worked to cut costs where possible. In fact their estimate was approximately $1000 less than two other local providers and for a far superior product (Daikin). The install went very smoothly. The workers were polite and personable. They worked quietly and efficiently and got the job done in about 5 hours. So far my system is working great. I will continue to work with this company for future maintenance on my system.

They quickly figured out the issue. the copper piece was not heating up. They were great. I was very appreciative of his willingness to educate us on the issue.

Worked with Mike Gerardy on both the estimate and overseeing the install. All went very well. Pleased with the end result, pricing and service. Will use them again in the future for maintenance and service calls.

Used an Angie's List coupon for a furnace tune-up. Comfort sent someone out on scheduled day and inspected HVAC system. I kind of felt like they used the tune-up to sell more services. They didn't do much more than inspect during the tune-up and offered recommendations for additional work. No air filter provided or cleaning of HVAC system. I ended up purchasing a new HVAC system from Shumate and was very happy with the quality of their products and service.
