They are wonderful. I love them. They do excellent work. I couldn't more highly recommend them, their prices are good and the workers are good. They call you and like I have had to cancel and they don't care. They are just good to work with and they have good workers.

I guess for $59 you get what you pay for.

It went okay. I still have heating and air problems but it went okay. The problem I had, I wasn't getting proper heating and cooling at a certain room on my house and so they made all these promises that they could fix it blah, blah, blah but I still have the same problem. Their price is a little high.

It was just a very good company. With the central air, I got a price in March or whatever and it was kind of a rebate situation. I wasn't able to call back until May or June. They still gave me that original price, which was really nice. They're a reliable company. They take their time. They just don't rush to it and do the work.

I selected comfort zone after several months of vetting and interviewing other contractors. I found the company to be professional, knowledgable, and skilled. Comfort's proposal beat other proposals by around $500 to $2000, depending on the contractor. Significantly, Brian, the owner, answered a flurry of questions and always responded w an answer or researched the answer. If you are looking for a reliable company that will do quality work at a competitive price then go w comfort zone.

They scheduled the service call for the next day and the technician arrived on time. He did a thorough examination of the system, found and fixed a problem in the thermostat and patiently answered questions. With the Angies List coupon the service cost only $59.

I wasn’t too happy with the service. They over-charged me like for $200 for a $30 piece; it was awful. They were able to fix the piece but they overcharged me big time. I have nothing positive to say about them; everything needs to be improved.

I called for service. Gave my location in Rydal, GA. Courtney put me on hold for 10 minutes. Renee came back on the line and told me that despite being about 15 miles from Canton they do not service our area. Beware if you live outside of Canton.

Things went really well. The technitian's name was Orlandus and he took the time to explain the system functionality and when he made recommendations for part replacements he took the time to make sure it was clear and easy to understand. He was prompt and called me before he was coming. All around a pleasant individual to work with. I am about to call them to make another appointment.

It was excellent. I have used them for over a year now and I still have a yearly contract with them. What stands out is their customer service. It's been multiple times where they've called to make sure how I was pleased with their technicians or if there are any issues.

They come out yearly. I am happy with the price but I do not remember. They were right on time, knew what they were doing and the price is reasonable. The same person comes out every year.

We were very impressed with Mr. Jason Westbrook who is obviously overqualified for his job as he is a very educated individual, not a technician only. This gentlemen is very intelligent and communicates expertly in all issues pertaining our heating/cooling systems. We will definitely recommend this company and will keep using it for future services. We feel secure to say that if we have any further questions or issues regardind the service provided that we can call Mr. Westbrook directly and have his prompt attention.
