Description of Work: Installed new air conditioner,for a very reasonable price. The gentleman that gave me the estimate was quite punctual for his appointment and worked hard to give me a good price. The first team of installers got my air up and running in one day, but one of them was a little over worked and made some mistakes. When I notified the office, they bent over backwards to fix everything for me and even gave me an extra year of free maintenance to make up for any inconveniences we went through. Description of Work: Tune up on heating system. This was done as regular maintenance. The technician was professional and polite. The price seemed fair as I did some comparison by phone. They are prompt to return calls and schedule service.

Description of Work: Company made a lot of promises, however, once I agreed to do business with them, they did not live up to what they promised. I informed them that I had problems getting certain rooms in my house heated in the winter time and cooled in the summer time. They assured me that they could fix the problems I had. Paid for a new unit, still have the same problems.

Description of Work: They did a great job repairing our ac after a snake crawled into the unit outside and caused an electrical shortage. They were available right away and repaired the ac quickly and we didn't have any further issues. I had used them previously for another issue and had the same great experience. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating and Air.

Description of Work: They replaced our vac system, gave us better system, more efficient, larger filter, deluxe controls, and even came out within 12hours when we called on a Saturday night to report that the system had stopped...they completely honored their warranty with a brand new motor, even though they were able to restart the old one. They are professional, clean, hard working, punctual, cordial and easy to work with.

After a quick repair he recommended a new system and I took advantage of their local financing and updated my whole system for less than I anticipated. Great staff, fast service, and low prices.

Description of Work: Great experience -- I Called Comfort Zone and they dispached a tech the same day! The tech, Rany was very punctual, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem as being a clogged drain line. He flushed the lines and fixed the problem. I had called at least a dozen companies around Sandy Springs with "A" ratings from Angie's List. All wanted between $60 - $90 diagnostic fee on top of whatever the repair bill would have been. Comfort Zone was everything I expected and only charged only $25 for the same service call. My service fee was actually waived being a first time customer from Angie's List. I would definately recommend them and will use them again in the future.

He changed my filters and went the extra mile. In addition, he gave me food for thought about maintaining my unit in the future.
