Wesley Collins gave me a written estimate. No surprises. Very polite and professional. Did a good job. Didn't leave any mess. Nice guys.

They were extremely professional and did a great job. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The owner of the company was onsite making sure the job was done to our satisfaction. He only allowed two of his workers inside the home while everyone else worked on the outside. HIs supervisor even came back out to the house the next day to relight our gas latterns on the porch.

Our children gave us the gift of clean windows for Christmas. We had just finished updating our kitchen and had 14 people coming to our house for the Christmas weekend. Wesley and his 2-man crew were at our house by 9 am, two days before Christmas, and didn't leave until almost 6 hours later. We have a two-story home (3 stories over the driveway), approximately 25 years old, with older style storm windows and screens. This team was totally professional and went out of their way to get things done; even removing the storm windows on the picture windows, which required some work. They cleaned the storm windows, wiped out the window sills and screens and, overall, did a very thorough job. We are totally satisfied and pleased. Although we did not personally pay for this job, our children assured us it was a great value. We will definitely use/refer this company again and again - thank you!

Wesley showed up with his two workers about 2 hrs. late. Rather than calling to say they were running late at the time they should have been here, he waited an hour to do so. Once they were here, they got to work very efficiently and did a good job cleaning the windows. However, only a few of the windows were unstuck in the process. By not unsticking the windows, the sills were also not cleaned like advertised and claimed on the invoice. In retrospect, we should have made sure they were doing the unsticking while they were still here. Wesley seems to want to please and do things right, so we'd give him another chance.

They called to postpone visit because of rain. They called later in the morning to reschedule the same day as the rain had stopped. They arrived on time, wore foot protection, and started immediately. Great care was taken to protect furnishings and possessions. They finished in good time and the job was well done.

I called because I was preparing to have screens installed on my windows and my mom reminded me that it would be a lot easier to have the windows washed before the screens were installed. Clearview was able to come right away and they did a great job. My husband had recently tried to clean the gutters but couldn't reach a high section, and Clearview threw that extra service in for $10. I was very satisfied.

I found Clear View on Angie's List and called for an estimate. I told Wesley exactly how many windows I needed cleaned and what type of windows I had. I asked him the manor in which he cleaned windows because I didn't want them hosed off. He explained the process and assured me he would also clean the sills and frames of the windows. He quoted a price on the phone...including the Angie's List discount, and we scheduled an appointment. The afternoon Wesley arrived, it began to rain. He was kind enough, and professional enough, to work with me on re-scheduling for today. He arrived on time, did exactly what he promised to do, and my windows sparkle! In speaking with Wesley, I learned that he is the owner of the company but he is also "a worker bee". I admire his drive and his entrepreneurial spirit. I will hire him again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Wesley and Robert came at promptly 9:00 a.m. Wesley took a few moments to discuss the process and let me know what to expect. They started with the chandelier and then the inside windows. Then they did the outside windows. I am very particular and they did a fabulous job. They were extremely clean. I had a lot of dust in the higher windows that they brushed down. They would clean the area on the floor after they were done with each window. I noticed that they would each work on a window until it was perfect. They were pleasant and professional Wesley is very committed to customer satisfaction and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. I had a broken window and he gave me a referral for repair. I contacted Clear View from a link off of Angie's List (e-mailed Wesley). He got back to me within a few hours. He came out for an estimate the next day. And then followed up with me a week later. I was very impressed with his communication.

My service request call was returned promptly. The day of service, Wesley called ahead and showed up as scheduled. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. I recommend this company to others, especially single women like myself. When you're single, you especially want to feel comfortable about who's working in your home. I will work with this company again.
