+ -1 moreThis firm is pathetic.......they installed a $20,000 outdoor entertainment system that has been out of service more than in service......Then they require that I purchase a service agreement for them to work on the system......made me purchase obsolete repair parts for "future repairs".....and then after accepting funds for the service contract......refuse to repair the system. I have had to file suit against this firm...... The owner..... is a classic case of someone that is good with a screwdriver......but has no idea how to operate a business...... Please feel free to contact me for documentation......or for court filings....
