A giant shoutout to Atlanta Air Authority for coming to our rescue this week. We came home from being out of town on Sunday to a hot house. Our A/C unit was toast. Their quick response and fantastic service had us back up and running with a new unit within 3 days. Canâ t say enough good things about them. Definitely check them out next time you need HVAC service!!

Atlanta Air Authority was great all around, polite, on time, and informative. One of the few places that offered quotes on multiple suppliers. Their prices were the best, the lowest for the highest quality, along with very competitive warranties on their work. They had pride in their workmanship and it showed. Iâ m looking forward to also using them for all my HVAC maintenance.

timely and did what was requested at a fair price

In todayâ s society where you do not know what is a paid for review or a real review it is really hard to make good choices. I have experienced enough false advertisement in my adulthood for 3 lifetimes. This is why I would not leave a review I do not believe to represent fairness and accuracy. With that being said I am happy to leave this kind of review. I found AAA by way of HomeAdvisor and I am so glad I did. I did my research with 6 quotes in total including AAA. They were the absolute best by far. Fair and reasonable. To my surprise the owner Keith was also very kind, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My AC went out on Thursday, August 27th. I first made the mistake of going through my home warranty AHS, and quickly realized that if I did not take it into my own hands I would be without AC for a month. I contacted AAA on 9/1 and had my AC installed by 9/3. The install was seamless. I couldnâ t be happier. I tried the other big companies for quotes and my experience was terrible. I have already referred AAA to friends. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do because they are happy helping you. This is that type of company. Wish there were more companies around like this. That made things this easy. Thank you AAA! Continue to set the standard. I wish you nothing but future success!

AAA contacted me within minutes of inquiring on HomeAdvisor, to set-up an appointment for an estimate to install a Dalkin ductless HVAC unit in my sunroom. Estimator was on time and thorough. Received estimate the next morning, accepted it and set-up install date. Installers showed up on time, ready to do the job. Installers new what they were doing. Installation looks exactly as expected. I highly recommend AAA for HVAC services......

Work order #17643272 - Excellent customer experience. Keith called me almost immediately after I entered my search information. I took sealed bids from five contractors and Atlanta Air Authority provided the most comprehensive and clear terms in their proposal. There was less than a $40 difference between them and my low bid on a several thousand dollar project. Because of the clarity of their terms I was very comfortable in awarding them my business. The techs, Cody and Chris, arrived on time and were very professional and pleasant. All of my questions were answered clearly and the installation was neatly and efficiently done. The old unit was hauled off and the work area was cleaned up. Everything was checked to make sure it was working properly before they left. We are now enjoying our new HVAC unit.

Work order #14053628. The installers, Cody and Jacob were excellent. They came in got right to work and offered complete explanations to any questions I asked during the day. The work was completed in one day as promised and the area was cleaned up completely. Could not have asked for a better, smoother installation. As for the system performance, I could not be happier. The home downstairs is once again cool as a cucumber, the outside unit is quiet as can be - you can carry on a normal conversation standing right next to it! But best of all, the efficiency of the newer equipment has brought my energy usage down to a fraction of what it was! From the sales and now installation, this is a top notch company that I would not hesitate to recommend.

They were able to do the job the day after I agreed to hire them, showed up on time, did a very professional installation, cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old equipment. They gave me the best quote out of 6 companies and they were on time, professional and delivered on everything in the quote the only surprise was how easy it was to work with them. Would recommend them in a heart beat. The Unit a Rheem in this case has performed wonderfully. Simply top notch from the sales guy to the installers.

From the system designer, Keith, who came to give an estimate, to the customer service who schedules to the installers ( AAA 10666592) Brad, Cody and Jacob, and even John, the field service manager, I felt like I was a valued customer. They are very professional and friendly, I felt like my friends were doing the job for me. Highly recommend them. I was pleased with the quote and workmanship. They dropped some oil on my walkway and I saw later that they had the water hose and soap out to clean up the stain. Very pleased with the work done and I would use them again for sure.
