The representative arrived at the scheduled time for the initial consultation. He walked me through the issues with my system and made recommendations based on my budget and needs. On the day of work, the technicians went straight to work and installed the system. My furnace and Central AC were 16 years old, They had had many problems over the year. Frequently broken Motor mounts and leaking freon,. The first night when we moved in to the new home in 1994 the furnace did not work, we also found out the zoning air ducts had been installed backwards. I called the original installers Cool Ray, they did very little to fix the problems. Atlanta Air Authority, came out the same day. to give me an estimate. I did get estimates from other Service Magic Pros. Atlanta Air Authority gave me a thorough report. Installed the new AC and Furnace on Satuturday at a very reasonable price. I recommend them highly.
