Keith and his guys installed a heat pump in my home. The job required a high capacity unit and extensive modifications to the duct system. In spite of this, the job was completed in one day. However, some adjustments were required, and these were made in short order. Keith and his crew were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Keith was wonderful. I'm always weary of contractors, but I was presently surprised when I wasn't sold anything. Although my heating system is old and needs to be replaced, Keith didn't make me feel as if I needed to purchase a new furnace that day. He explained what was going on with my system and promised a few quotes which I received the next day. I really appreciate a contractor who doesn't take advantage of clients, especially since most of us aren�t as knowledgeable about these things as they are. After considering several companies, I selected Atlanta Air Authority. Keith, the consultant was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a very down-to-earth kind of guy. The price was very reasonable and he answered every question that I asked of him. His installation crew, Doug and Damien arrived early the next day as promised. They had the job completed in just a few hours. They were really good guys who knew their stuff! They cleaned up the work area very well prior to their leaving. Keith and his crew were a pleasure to work with as we looked into replacing the AC system. He may have called before I hit submit on HomeAdvisor, but Keith asked me a number of questions to see what exactly I was looking to do, my expectations, and my budget. He then came out and crawled all over my house, taking measurements, looking at the existing setup, etc. The quote I got back and the financing options made the decision a no brainer. Keith was knowledgable and helpful in explaining the different options for my replacement gas furnace. The quote was reasonable (I received three others). Installation and follow up were all done well and on time. This was a pleasant experience for me and I will recommend them to my friends.

I was completely impressed with Atlanta Air Authority! The tech spent 2 hours at my home and walked me through multiple issues with my existing systems / duct work. He even corrected minor issues with my upstairs system free of charge. He was more concerned with educating me on how the systems work than selling me a new one. This was quite refreshing considering my experience with the 2 previous visits from HVAC contractors. The techs were extremely professional and courteous. They didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with the installation and operation of the new system. I already have and will continue to recommend them to others!!

Keith is very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions in detail and in a way I could understand. The install tech�s did a great job and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. The showed me each piece of equipment and discussed how to operate and maintain. They were on time and were very polite.

I was very impressed with the entire process. Keith was extremely patient and provided multiple options without the high pressure sales pitch. We ended up installing 2 new AC units and a furnace (Trane). The team that did the installation were on time (hard to find these days), very professional and explained how to use the system after completion. Top notch team, excellent quality and great value.

Great experience with Atlanta Air Authority from beginning to end. Keith came out to provide free estimate and analysis of current system, and proved knowledgeable and concerned with doing things right, not just coming in the lowest. Bid was very competitive, and also provided options without being only sales-oriented. Service was arranged on a very short time frame, and done with a team of installers. All work space was left clean. When I had an issue with the thermostat / controller, they arranged for a replacement almost immediately. Thanks!

These guys are awesome! Our system had been broken for two weeks as we were trying to make the difficult decision on which system and contractor to use. We chose Atlanta Air Authority and certainly don't regret it. They sent two install teams out and completed a two day project in one day! You couldn't force me up under my house but these didn't seem to stop working all day! Everything was installed, working well, and the didn't leave a single piece of trash behind. Thanks guys!!!

Atlanta Air Authority was a excellent firm to do business with! They took time to meet with me on a Sunday evening due to my busy schedule. The AAA rep wasn't overly aggressive and pointed out several issues no other company found. I felt completely comfortable through the entire process. The new system looks and works great. I also have several commercial propeties and intend to use their services in the future. You can't go wrong with these guys!

After having my winter service performed, it was determined that my heat exchanger was damaged. Considering that my furnace was over 25 years old, it was time to shop around. Atlanta Air Authority was the 3rd company to come out for a quote. I was very impressed with the way that I was treated. They provided me with 2 options after identifying my needs. I ended up with a very nice Trane system installed for a reasonable price. The system looks great and has performed perfectly. I would recommend Atlanta Air Authority to anyone!!!

Very pleased in the over-all experience. I had previously investigated other competitors and had not been in a position to execute on replacing my furnace. I knew that I would need to take care of the replacement this season and decided to obtain some new quotes through Service Master. Keith was the 1st out of the shoot to call me and did a very professional job in representing Atanta Air Authority. I truly appreciated the high level of customer service from Keith and the team that came out.

After quotes from other large companies in the area, I decided to go with Atlanta Air Authority. They were not the cheapest price proposed to me but the service by far was the best from start to finish. Keith was very thorough with his explanation of our equipment and explained in detail his recommendations. We did not make a decision immediately but he followed up via email so we could respond on our terms unlike his competitors who repeatedly called us at all hours trying to make a decision on the spot. Our installation went on just as they had promised with a very professional group of young men. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
