During a routine maintenance call, I was told by another company...one I had been doing business with for 20 years, that I needed a new unit. I had Atl.Air Authority come out to give me an estimate. They inspected the unit and advised that it was in good working order. Recommended another maintenance inspection in spring, just to be sure I was ready for summer. I was beyond relieved. I had been shocked by the other recommendation, since the unit was working beautifully. But, they had said it was in all kinds of trouble. Thank you Atlanta Air Authority

Tim was knowledgeable and appeared to do good work in diagnosing burned out compressor in heat pump system and obtaining and installing new compressor under warranty. Labor cost to perform installation was reasonable. Unlike other contractor that came out earlier, Tim did not try to sell me a fully new system at significant cost.

Great experience from start to finish! Price was right and they key all of my expectations! Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I needed to replace my hot water tank, air conditioning & heating unit. Their prices are very competitive and they will not be beaten! The units that were installed were top notch. The entire company is ran with excellence. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The workers who came to install my system were knowledgeable, friendly and did a wonderful job in no time at all. I would highly recommend Atlanta Air Authority!

Very happy overall. Had a little difficultly connecting with Keith due to busy schedules...but once we got connected, I was very comfortable with him. Even more importantly, the crew that came out to knock out the installation in one day was top notch. Large crew...met everyone of them...and they worked very hard. When all was said and done, I wasn't completely happy with the placement of one duct. Keith immediately responded to my email and arranged his crew's time around mine and came out and move it. No problem recommending these guys at all.

Great service all around. Keith responded quickly, got here right when he said he would, and was up front and clear about what problems he saw and my options for fixing them. The price was great as well. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

The service man showed up on time according to the scheduled time. He cleaned up all the trash. His work was satisfactory.

Keith was extremely thorough and fair and allowed us to stay within budget for our HVAC system� Not only did we receive excellent service, but these guys went over the top to ensure that everything was done correctly, including leveraging our existing system until we could afford to have it replaced since we had dual HVACs. Keith is very personable. He sent a worker back the next day to do some cosmetic work on the project, at no addl charge. Goes the extra mile.

Money is not Keith's primary objective but the best interest of the customer is. He presents himself as honest , very knowledgeable, and professional. I think he will be around for the long term and this important.

I had an urgent rental property need to address a malfunctioned heating unit. Initially, I placed a call with another company at about 10 o'clock. Fast foward two hours later and the company failed to report or give an ETA as to when they would come out. I immediately logged into HomeAdvisor & used ProFinder which returned Atlanta Air Authority (which turned out to be a blessing in disguise) as well as several other pros in the listing. They was able to book me an appointment immediately and had someone to come out to resolve my issue within two hours! They have earned my business and come very highly recommended!! Thanks Keith!!!

Emailed Home Advisor at about 11PM and got a response right away. Heard from Air Atlanta Authority just a few minutes later. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning to fix our heat. I was given a 2 hr. window (between 11AM and 1PM). Jim called about 11:15 and was here about 30 mins. later. He immediately saw the problem and showed me the starter was burned out. He had the part in his truck and installed it in about 10 mins. Since he was able to do it so quickly, he waived the inspection fee and just charged for the part and installation. I was extremely pleased with the price. Jim was professional and very pleasant. A+++++
