Pricing was excellent for what we received. 10-yr all around warranty for piece of mind included for the equipment I chose to have installed. The installation took longer than initially expected but things happen and it's how you react to things not going to plan that show what you're made of. I have no reservations in recommending Keith and Atlanta Air Authority. They'll do a great job and will treat you right.

Replaced two 20 yr old AC and Heater units in my home. The owner (Keith) was very prompt to respond to questions. The techs that came out to do the job (Anthony, Brad, and Cody) were very professional. Was very happy with both the installation and the clean up. Given the roller coaster weather we have had in the past two weeks (hot/cold/hot), I have been able to test both heating and cooling and things are working great. Would recommend this company.

Keith(owner) evaluated heating system and identified problem. Tech (John) came out next business day and replaced needed part. He was very courteous; replaced part and serviced system. This compared to another company that wanted to sell us a brand new system. Amazing, can't say enough good about this company.

Very professional from start to finish

We lost our AC over a weekend in which we were out of town. An 85 degree house is certainly not a home and we needed relief rather quickly. After researching a multitude of HVAC contractors online and feedback from friends, we contacted several highly regarded HVAC contractors. As part of having the contractor asses our HVAC system, which was original to our home, we wanted to ensure that supply distribution and air returns were appropriate for some renovations that have occurred through various owners of the home. We in fact did need to add a couple supply and return air vents. Atlanta Air Authority presented a more competitive offer which included replacement of the entire HVAC system, addition of the supply/return connections and a new Hot Water System. While paying a fair price for new systems was a high priority, we certainly understood that we needed installers that were competent, ethical and had the ability to respond within an appropriate time frame. We had our system installed within 3 days of providing approval. The installers did an awesome job and the new systems are working great! Thanks Keith and team!

Our AC units were not working well and we had a house full of guests. We called on a Sunday and they got right back to us. They sent someone out promptly and were very accommodating when working around my schedule. It turned out all our units needed was a cleaning and they have been working so much better ever since. They did not overcharge us or try to up-sell. I was so happy to find a friendly, honest company to work with, we will definitely be calling them down the road when it is time to replace our units.

We called a company out last year because our AC wasn't cooling. Paid $300 for them to repair it. Fast forward to last week and our AC wasn't getting cold again. Called Atlanta Air Authority based on HomeAdvisor reviews. They came out the next day and diagnosed the real problem. We were so pleased with the service, we hired them to come back and service all three AC units.

Atlanta Air Authority provided a competitive rate and their length of time in business, won the job for me. The install crew was fantastic. They were professional, tidy, and took time to help learn how to operate my new system. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

Atlanta Air Authority just installed a new Amana high efficiency HVAC system in my home replacing a 22 year old Amana system and I couldn't be happier with the results. One of their comfort consultants, Keith, promptly responded to my internet inquiry with a phone call, came over to analyze my needs, and provided a competitive quote. Impressed with Keith's work plan I scheduled the installation. The technicians completed the job on time as promised. The company's professionalism and work quality were outstanding. Jim was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed to care about the customer and not in a hurry to do the job and get out. I've also hired them for capping off gas lines as well and that employee had the same work ethics. They aren't the cheapest company but they are friendly, professional, on time and seem to have the knowledge & experience on their side.

Doug & Anthony came out for my PM check. They were very personable, friendly and very professional. They offered suggestions how to to improve the performance of system. I would highly recommend their company! They seemed to really care about doing a good job for the customer!
