I had the fortunate experience of working with the technicians of Atlanta Air Authority who went out of their way to assist my church with a time sensitive major work project. These guys had to use their skills and creativity to replace and install an AC unit in an attic of a very old building not necessarily constructed for today's high tech units. They made the job look like a piece of cake. Thank you guys and whenever I or my friends need AC or heating services, you will be the first to get my call.

These people were on time, did the extra things to make sure the install was right and didn't charge any extra. Very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. I would and WILL recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC.

The quality of the service from sales to install was excelent! The company is top notch! The consultation I received from Keith Weathington was great! There was no hassle and no pressure to after consultation. What I paid was exactly what I was quoted. I would do business with the company!!!

Most HVAC companies are owned and operated by poorly educated, unresponsive people. NOT THIS FIRM. I am a commercial landlord and deal with HVAC vendors weekly.

I had two 95% furnaces installed in my home before Christmas2010. I was delighted with their workmanship,they have an aim to please attitude. I had 3 HVAC installed 4 wks prior by a hugh contractor in a rental property, wasn't happy, thats why I tried Servicemagic. If you don't give Atlanta Air Authority a try it will be your lost. I checked out their references extensively and they checked out great. So, as I told my wife, I got to give them a try. Now I will use SM for trustworthy contractors. They came the same day of request for the estimate and did the work the very next day. They were very professional. Had a very resonable qoute. The technician Dennis was friendly and finished a 3 hour job in about 2. He showed on time and was very clean. Also looked at another unit of ours and showed us how it was improperly installed and by serviced by the old company. They even called the next day to make sure we were happy with everything which was great. They also have a great warranty. We will defintley call them and refer them for HVAC needs. Thank You!!

They came Tuesday afternoon and assessed my old furnace quoted me a price that has yet to be matched, and replaced my heater with a new one the very next day without any problems. Plus an added personnal warranty for installation for two years as well as a year of preventive maintenance for both my heater and a/c. Couldn't ask for anything more. Very professional and knowledgable.

Keith and Dennis were the most professional of all the pros. They spotted minor install issues with our current heating system and corrected them on the spot. Several other professionals had not even noticed the problems. They gave us the best equipment and the best price, they were prompt in installing our new heat pump for our basement and were a pleasure to work with during the process. Our system is top notch. Even after the install they have checked back to see how the system is working. These are young professionals with the work ethic that rarely exists today. I can't say enough good things about Atlanta Air Authority.

Prior to the work the owner, Keith, took the time to show me the options that might work best for my home. They were timely in their work, the technicians were polite/professional, they disposed of the old furnace, and they made sure I understood how to use the equipment. After the work was done the owner Keith called to follow up with me. From everything that I experienced thus far I would highly recommend this company.

the owner came to my house and inspected my air conditioner/furnace package and did a complete cleaning of the unit. I was pleased that he took pictures of my unit and showed me areas of rusting in the unit. He recommended that I replace the unit, but said I could wait until march. I had my regular contractor come out to do fall inspection and he told me I had over a $1,000 dollars worth of repair to the unti. When Atlanta Air Authority came out he after inspecting the unit I didn't need the repairs that one of the parts was practically brand new and didn't need to be replaced. I will definitely used them again.
