Atlanta Air Authority called us within a half hour of submitting our request on-line, they had a technician at our home within 2 hours and a new unit installed the following afternoon. They gave us knowledgable insights on the different units without the sales pitch. Dealing with them from the start was like talking to my neighbor and not a stranger.

It was obvious that Atlanta Air was customer oriented from the initial interview with the owner and his desire to provide a quality product . This attitude was expanded by his associates involved in the installation. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors

I can not comment as to the quality of work as we did not end up using their services due to using owner's friend. However, I was very pleased with the prompt response and courteous manner of both Dennis and Keith.

Atlanta Air Authority, Inc. is "top notch!" The owner Keith Weathington personally met with me and discussed all my options. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered sound solutions. The installation team was experienced and were "all business". They completed two heater and two AC unit replacements, added several returns, relocated a thermostat, and a few other miscellaneous tasks all in less than a day; impressive. In the days following the installation Keith called several times to ensure everything was performing to my satisfaction, now that's customer service!

Dennis from Atlanta Air Authority was very friendly and courteous. His knowledge and experience was exceptional. He was very professional and well trained in his field. He took his time and thoroughly examined my system, diagnosed it, a provided me an affordable solution. He performed basic maintenance to my system at no additional expense. I would highly recommend Atlanta Air Authority to anyone who need a new system or repair or maintenance to an existing system. Their customer service is incredible! Dennis is awesome!!

The Owner, Keith, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came in, looked at what we had and made suggestions on what he thought would be a good replacement for our old HVAC unit. He guided us at every phase and we felt very comfortable when we finally made a decision that it was the right one. We looked at many different companies and Atlanta Air Authority was the only one that we felt was giving us what we ask for without trying to sell us a whole bunch of services we did not need. The Installation team was second to none, they came in on a Saturday, and had everything installed and working in about 3 hours. everything is working fine
