They are a great company to do business with. They were concerned about Quality and Value and their recommendations had my budget in mind. They did extra work with my Ducts to make the system more effective and my family more comfortable. I felt that other companies were trying to trick me - quoting on systems that were not exactly what I wanted. But AAA was honest and straightforward - I never had similar feelings with them. Also, they sent a capable, friendly crew who attacked the task and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I never had a concern with them in my home.

No matter what you are up to, it helps to talk to a few (at least 4) companies to get educated and compare the options available to date.

All personnel from first encounter of sales representative to installers was smooth, friendly and informative. Job well done from all aspects. Every question answered throughly, timely and courteous work at time of installation and quick removal of former items.

Outstanding Company!!! Customer service is very important to this company and you will see it when they come for the quote (which includes model #'s and everything they were planning to do so if your comparing companies you will not be comparing an apple to orange prices) to the install. When the installers left at the end of the day nothing was left behind and everything was cleaned up. The installers were very friendly and professional. They even offered to pick lunch up for me while out. Couple weeks after install we noticed a small issue. Atlanta Air came out quickly & again showed the best Customer Serv & resolved issue

AAA just left and the techs were on time, and professional. Techs were considerate of the fact my wife has a home office and they were quiet during her conference calls. Explained systems and cleaned job sight thoroughly. We had 6 quotes, Keith's was on the money with no up sell for needless work. Only charged materials for last minute change.(we requested and additional supply vent.) Look forward to using their maintenance plan WE inquired about. I hope their service/maintenance works out as well as the install. Great job!

Very good on price and professional on service.

They were very prompt and quick and did not require payment until after it had passed the inspection. The employees were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves, The only thing I did not like was that the holes they had to cut in the dry wall were sloppy where I will have to go back and recut them in order to repair the dry wall.

I had them replace my air conditioning system in my retail store and the value for the product was outstanding, especially considering some of the other quotes I received. Installers were efficient, professional and tidy. They installed the system in the morning and the company that I had previously signed up with for quarterly maintenance came out later to do that and their rep even commended them on the quality of their craftsmanship.

Excellent job from initial phone call, estimate, work performed, and follow up. I requested a 'budget' system for my small aging ranch and they did not attempt to over sell me on this or that unnecessary upgrade that another contractor attempted. They quoted what I asked for and installed the entire system the day after I scheduled. I got an entire new HVAC system and it runs great. Thanks! note: After my service magic request I was bombarded by pushy sales calls from others at all hours of the day from 9am to one call at 10pm - Atlanta Air was responsive- but not overly pushy or annoying.

Short after we purchased this new house, we found out that we needed new HVAC system for us to move in. So we did our homework and got NINE(9) different quotes from 9 different companies. Meeting with Keith, the owner of Atlanta Air Authority, we were pretty convinced this was the right guy. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us for many of our requests. Some of those big companies that you see on ads all the time weren�t as honest as Keith. They might give you extra discount after they put the higher quote instead of working with you for a reasonable price from beginning. I LOVE my new furnace and air conditioner, it surely much better than what I was expecting, I often go to my basement and outside just to see how beautiful my HVAC systems are and make sure they are still there ^^ I ensure you that Atlanta Air Authority will do the best job for the price that you pay and 0% financing for 3 years was also very thankful. He gave me a very competitive written bidusing TRANE equipment, sent 3 HVAC professionals to my home and showed up ON-TIME! The workers were thorough and pleasant, work was completed in less than 1.5 hours and they left the house clean... Very professional!

Not only did they make the quote process trouble free but they were able to get a great crew to my house for the install on one days notice.
