Atlanta Air Authority is a wonderful company to work with. We enjoyed the fact that they weren't pushy and that they took the time to provide us with 3 different options for our new Trane system. They were very informative before, during, and after the installation. Job well done!!!

I am so impressed with Atlanta Air Authority (AAA). Professionalism, capability, and ownership of the entire event with no excuses .. strictly solution focused. I had another company's technician attempt to diagnose my heat pump and he seemed to be over his head. I expected a new unit was required as the compressor was cycling and overheating, teh dual run capacitor exploded, etc. .. so many symptoms of unit failure. AAA's technician came to my home, diagnosed, analyzed, and repaired and the unit was back online .. and he did this in < 15 mins. The technician was polite, prompt and very professional. AAA has earned all my future business

Atlanta Air Authority doesn't mess around! They were willing to meet with me after normal business hours due to my insane schedule & provided me with a reasonable quote on the spot. The installation was flawless & technicians were extremely helpful. They even helped us install new ceiling fans! The Trane system Atlanta Air Authority installed in our home is working perfectly! After receiving several quotes from other companies we determined that this process can be very confusing. Their rep simplified everything for us and assisted us in narrowing things down to two options. He was not pushy like the others and has followed up twice since the project's completion. The workers cleaned up after themselves and went over the system's operation thoroughly. We have no regrets doing business with Atlanta Air Authority and will definitely refer them to others. Atlanta Air Authority was prompt, nice and well educated in the fiield of hvac. They took care of my air conditioning problem promptly and the service tech were polite and neat. I will use then in the future to service my hvac with yearly maintenance and if any problems occur and I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I aas happy with the analysis and the work performed was to replace the entire HVAC system i could not be more pleased with the work and the performance of the new Trane System replacing a system in excess of 20 years olf. Very happy with their work and value for the money.

Atlanta Air Authority provided very unique ideas to increase the efficiency of our older upstairs system with minimal cost. They designed and installed a new Trane 15 SEER variable speed system for the main level which we are extremely pleased with. Performed free inspections on all other existing equipment in order to warn us of potential future issues. Phenomenal response time, customer service, pricing, installation, and follow up! We're thankful for their time and effort! Wonderful company to work with!!!

I spoke with several companies and ended up going with Atlanta Air Authority because Keith was honest, knowledgeable, patient and had a very fair price. He explained my various options and didn't try to "sell" me on the most expensive option. The installation team was efficient an and professional. They replaced all of my old duct work which was literally coming apart at the seams. I went from one large zoned system to two systems (one for the main floor and another for the upstairs). The new configuration has been in now for about three months and has kept us very comfortable through this HOT summer. I highly recommend AAA!

Keith gave me the professional opinions I needed to make a smart choice in replacement HVAC and replacement water heater as well. He has a well-organized and dedicated crew that will stick to it until everything is perfect. My new HVAC was installed on July 4th, during a heat wave. Not a pleasant job for anyone, and I commend all the folks at Air Authority for their commitment to serving the public, providing excellent service and quality products.

I did my homework on getting quotes and finding what brand is the best. I got different quote from different companies. I had quotes from a company which was referred to me by a friend, I had a quote from the company where my Condominium Association has service contract with, and I decided on Atlanta Air Authority because their rate was the lowest and they were responsive to my calls and they were very quick. I am so glad I choose them because their customer service was top notch and the crew was expert. My condo is old and the electrical wirings are old but they figured it out and my AC is running perfect in this heat! Bassari, CPA

I received an estimate the day I called, the work was performed the next day. Not too bad for AC work in the month of June in Georgia!

Very helpful in analyzing the HVAC Systems, explaining the options and providing appropriate Proposals. Techs on Site were very efficient, neat, and knowledgeable in replacing an old System and helpful responding to any questions.

Keith and the crew were great. Keith made us feel comfortable and explained things to us. He didn't try to sell us on fancy things that we didn't need. The crew was courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I was surprised as how quickly they finished installing two complete systems. They got to our house on a Saturday morning around 9:30 and they were finished before 3:00. They answered out questions along the way and even tried to be quiet when our toddler was sleeping. Great job!

Based on many online postings/rating about Atlanta Air Authority, we decided to use this great company in installing two new HVAC systems and one new water heater for our old house. The crew are wonderful, in time, efficient and very experienced. They did a great job. I have to thank Keith who is always very helpful, honest, gave lots of very useful advises, updated me and followed up with me after installation. He is a wonderful human being. In addition, I found the price I paid was the most competitive and reasonable among all other bidders. This is a very honest company with high quality.

Outstanding sevice & follow-up......went the extra mile to get my air conditioning issue fixed within a few hours on the hottest day of the year. Great job by Jim Warren, who went out his way to get the replacement parts needed to provide same day service !!!
