They did an excellent job for me. They were very easy to work with. They showed up on time. I had no issues with them at all. They sent one technician and got the work done in one day. It is a very easy process and well worth the money. They first sent an estimator and then getting the work scheduled was easy. Once you sign up for the job, you cannot cancel it since they cut the film for your specific job. If you cancel, you will still end up paying for it. But they did a very good job for me.

All Pro is a very professional tinting co. I have had windows tinted in 3 houses . It really pays off for privacy and protection of your household belongings . I will call on them again for future service.

The owner, Chris, came out to give us a quote. He was upfront in saying they were not necessarily the cheapest. I appreciated that. He presented me with different options and explained in detail the difference between the levels of tint. The installer was actually early and finished the job in a short amount of time - leaving no mess. Very happy with their overall service and professionalism.

Best price, best product, and best service. I received estimates from four companies (all on Angie's list). All Pro had best prices for same material offered by another vendor. Installer called before coming. Arrived on time, was careful with my furnishings, cleaned up afterwards and took trash with him. Will use them in future with no hesitation.

Overall, the experience went well. After the job was done, there was a small problem, and when I took it back to them, they repaired it at no charge. They were also 10-15% cheaper than other quotes I received.

I live in a condo building facing east with large windows that let in a lot of bright sunlight and heat and really needed window tinting. I called two window tinting companies, both came by that same week to check out the windows, measure and provide a quote. I chose All Pro because they had more variety in their tinting colors, they had done other work in the building, and the price was approximately the same as the other company. The owner and another tech showed up to do the work and they arrived right on time. They moved my furniture and other items out of the way to get to the windows and and were very careful with my things, and with the hardwood floors. They had already pre-measured and pre-cut the tinting materials so it only took a couple of hours to complete the job. They cleaned up & put everything back when they were done. I love the tinting because it doesn't block out the light, just the glare, but the clarity of the view is the same. The tinting also cut down much of the heat generated by the sun coming through the windows, it's so much more comfortable in the rooms, and I don't have to close the drapes to keep out the heat. I haven't received an electric bill yet that would show the impact, but given the fact that the AC isn't working as hard, I'm sure I'll see a positive result there as well. I thought about doing the tinting myself with product from the store, but am so glad I didn't go that route! After comparing the cost, I wouldn't have saved that much and the professional tinting is so much better. Better quality, a guarantee, and it was quick & easy! Chris and his crew were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and honest. The price quoted was the price paid. I had an issue with a large, west-facing window letting in too much afternoon sun and heating the house so much that the A/C couldn't keep up. The window is now tinted and upstairs is cool and comfortable. Two second story windows in the living room were letting in sunlight that was potentially damaging to the floor and furniture. Now they are tinted as well and I no longer am concerned about fading. Lastly, I have a window located in the stairwell that faces an adjacent house. It is now covered with a privacy film which is decorative and functional. Chris and crew arrived on time, were quick but thorough with their work, cleaned up after themselves and in just under an hour, I had 8 windows completely taken care of.Overall I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend All Pro Window Tinting.

Finding a good window tinting company was a lot harder than I thought. When I first did a Google search, All Pro came up first along with about 14 others in my area. Being first in a Google search doesn't always mean they are the best. Almost anyone can give Google a bunch of money to be first in a search. After about 30 minutes of comparing various vendors, I decided All Pro was the first company I should call. In this day and age, it's critical to have a professional looking and polished web site. Almost every other vendor I browsed either had dead links on their site or a site that looked dated and drab. All Pro's site was clean, informative, simple to navigate and lead me to read about other services they offer even though I was not interested in anything other than tinting my vehicle. If a company represents itself like this on the web, I was very curious to get someone on the phone to see if a live interaction was consistent with their web presence. It was late, so I sent an online inquiry. I got a call the very next morning from Chris. He was very upbeat, appreciative and answered all of my questions while recommending I consider other options I didn't mention. Although it was a 30 minute drive for me, I agreed to meet at the shop the same week so he could show me different tinting products. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiling faces and an authentic "how can we help you?". That's rare these days. Chris took me for a tour around and the everything I saw was just as neat, polished and professional looking as their website. Consistency is big for me. Chris demonstrated the advantages of the Wincos product because I noted my daughter complains of the brightness and heat in the back seat. After the demo, I was convinced the Wincos was the right choice for me. Nobody I met that day seemed salesy at all and were very genuine, up beat and easy to talk to. I walked away that day not buying anything, but Chris didn't seem to mind and encouraged to call him if I had anymore questions.I didn't call back for over 4 months.When I finally called back, I received the expected up beat and genuine greeting. I asked for Chris and when he got on the phone I said "Hi Chris, my name is Gene, I spoke to you months ago about tinting my 2011 M37s". Chris said, "Yeah I remember you. You've got a young daughter that doesn't like the brightness and heat she gets in the back seat". His response blew me away. There were many things that impressed me about All Pro up to that point, but that kind of personal attention to customers is why I'll recommend All Pro every time I can. Needless to say, I booked an appointment for their next available slot.The end result was exactly what I needed. My daughter can sit in the back seat without having to wear her Barbie sunglasses or have the A/C blowing directly on her at all times. It was money well spent. In fact, I called Chris days later and discussed me doing more business with them.Thanks to Chris and his entire team for being professional, attentive, informative, patient and above all....genuine.

Our great room has a cathedral ceiling, and one end wall is almost entirely windows. We found that the fierce afternoon sun shining directly through the windows was bleaching the furniture and the hardwood flooring, not to mention shining on the TV screen making it un-watchable and rendering the infra red remote control useless. Due to the windows being wedge-shaped due to the cathedral ceiling installing blinds was impractical so we decided on tinting. We checked Angie's list and didn't find much in our area (Gilmer County) so checked Service Magic. All Pro Tinting had many favorable reviews and was very responsive when we called for an estimate. Chris Deluca, the owner came promptly and described exactly what was involved, measured the windows, recommended a range of tinting shades for our particular problem, showed us samples in the recommended shades, gave us a firm price and left the samples with us to discuss and ponder over. None of the other Service Magic recommended firms seemed overly interested in coming all the way to Ellijay, so we decided to stick with All Pro. We called and made the appointment for a few days later. Chris and his helper arrived on time and did the entire job in a couple hours. The work was done in a very professional manner, using a high quality film (Llumar).. They cleaned up and left instruction as to how to care for the windows. The film has a lifetime guarantee to include labor and materials to the original owner. I'm very satisfied with the job. Chris is personable, and instills confidence that he is a professional in what he does. Price was not particularly cheap, but quite reasonable. You get what you pay for.
