A-QUALITY POOL PRODUCTS INC

Horrible. We renovated and older home and had approx 40 contractors and subs. This company was clearly the worst. They kept asking for the cover, back in JUNE, to be sent off and slightly modify. After leaving it in my garage for a MONTH, I finally took it down there for them to send off. In Oct, when leaf season arrived we kept asking for the NEW and NEWLY modified cover back. Come to find out, THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT! Gross Negligence or Gross Laziness, or Gross Incompetence. We delivered on our end, and we still have an unfulfilled contract. If I had the time to take it to court I would.

I think the pool is beautiful. I thought the price was fair but maybe on the high side. They did not start on time, calling to move the date back a couple days but then the work proceeded okay. They first quoted the job in April and then started in May.

The communication was extremely poor. We had to beg for anything that we received, even down to the pool ladders. They had some good third party contractors come in and then they also had some employees come in that I would prefer not be on my property again. A Quality got very close to finishing our pool then just dropped the ball and we didn't hear another word from them for 6 weeks, even after several calls and emails to them. We would have liked to have a good relationship with the company that installed our pool so that we could buy our pool chemicals from them as well. A Quality did nothing to deserve any of our future business so we drive a further distance to give our business to another vendor. From what was explained to us by A Quality, this is as good as it gets. Sad on their part.

Called 4 times to come give me an estimate for pool repairs. Never called me back. Even got a San Juan Rep. In Florida to call them on my behalf. Promised Rep. They'd call me. Never called.
