We also offer the highest quality in spike-free pruning, forest beautification/spatial management, and tree removal including emergency storm work. With 15 years working with insurance companies during storms we will be happy to walk you through the claims process. We know price is important and as seen in our reviews, our pricing is competitive. But we don’t do cheap work, because it kills trees. Description of Work: We had three large trees and about 20 smaller trees/shrubs that needed to be removed. One of the larger trees was dead and posed a concern in its removal.Mark provided us with his estimate and scheduled a date to begin. They began on time and were here the full day. Aaron, the foreman was pleasant and informative and kept his crew focused all day long. They have a "different" methodology for removal of the tree trunks, limbs and other debris...as it sits on your property for 2-3 days before it is picked up by a3rd party who does a super job of removal and clean up( better let the neighbors know in advance).They had to return to recut some of the smaller stumps that were left too high and did so within a reasonable period of time. Mark also arranged for a stump grinder( 3rd party) who will grind the larger stumps at a reasonable price. My overall experience was very positive. They are a VERY busy group of professionals and you need to keep that in mind as you work to schedule them in on your project.

Hey member, You are right. I dropped the ball on this. I only spend about $100 a month on advertising and that is for a highlighted/feature on Angie's list. I don't advertise anywhere else. I run a fairly small shop which allows me personal interaction with each and every customer and they enjoy this because they receive a closer level of attention to their tree care needs. However the way we ran this last deal really overwhelmed us. Usually we get 5-10 calls a week which is easy to manage. When we ran the deal we got 45 deals sold plus about 20-30 other calls all within a few days. That many calls was simply overwhelming and I dropped the ball in calling you back. My goal for my business is to ensure that each customer experiences the expectations that I set. In this case you did not. I apologize that you had to experience this.
