Description of Work: They came out to do an assessment of our property. We need a few trees taken down and some brush cleared out. They were not at all pushy and gave us options for the work we would like to do. He told us we would receive a quote via email within a few days and was very prompt in getting it out. We will have them out in the next few weeks to do the service.

Description of Work: Cut down and mulched 2 large holly trees. Trimmed large maple and trimmed other shrubs and bushes. Took out a couple of "weed" trees.

Description of Work: The service was an evaluation of what I should do with a couple of trees that I felt were dead and at risk of falling. To his credit he inspected the entire property. But the estimate to do the actual removal was much higher than what I could get elsewhere. So I feel like I was drawn in by a low/moderate cost evaluation with the intention of getting a higher than market value priced tree removal service.

Description of Work: He evaluated the trees in my yard as to health and whether they would be a danger to the house if they fell, recommended necessary pruning and asked me what I would like done. There was one tree he felt should be removed. He asked me if I would like him to do the work - no pressure. I felt very confident that he would do a good job his team came at the first opportunity that weather permitted. Everything was accomplished according to the plan he had worked out and I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: A tree at the top of the driveway had been blown over by a storm Saturday night and was blocking the top of the driveway. I called Sunday morning, by early Sunday afternoon the owner of the company was there and had begun removal of the tree. We had one tree remaining (originally there had been four -- these were the last two)that was leaning noticeably and would clearly soon fall on its own, perhaps even without a storm. We discussed the tree, he quoted me a very reasonable price, I said go ahead and the tree was gone in a very short time. I'm extremely pleased with the work and the professionalism and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic job. Took down dead trees but also cleaned up the tree canopy. They knew exactly what to do, did it well and left my place cleaner then when they came. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He surveyed my property, gave me an unbiased opinion on the tree(s) that had occasioned my call, identified another tree that was a threat, recommended several tree services (my property requires crane access), and answered many questions as I negotiated through the process of finding a provider. In the end I selected a provider that Mark had recommended and had very positive results both in price and professionalism.

Description of Work: Spoke to Mark Russell over the telephone regarding some isues we have had with our Leyland Cypress trees. I described the problem to Mr. Russell and told him what other experts had told us. He gave us free information over the telephone and advised us to monitor the trees at this time, but that they were just going through a normal cycle. Reviewed our photos for free. We appreciate his honesty.
