Mark Russell's crew arrived early on the scheduled day and got right to work. When I came home later in the day, the job was completed and all debris was removed. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done professionally and at a very fair price.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all the options and answering all of my questions. A crew was able to come out soon after I called, and they did exactly what I wanted. One could hardly tell they had been there besides the tree being removed and the recycled mulch being placed around another tree. I would definitely call them for tree service again.

Mark and his crew did a wonderful job. It was not the cheapest quote we got, but the one we were more comfortable with. Other companies we called had some serious insurance issues, and we cannot be too careful. They showed up on time and finished the job in a day; they were very professional. Our next door neighbor could not believe that they had done such a good clean job. The tree had many branches over his property and when the crew was finished you could not even find a small trace of them. Our street is very narrow, and they inadvertently loosened our front neighbor's mailbox and damaged a small tree. We called them about it and that very weekend they replaced the tree and fixed the mailbox. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Did an excellent job-very fast, very neat. Cleaned everything up-even the smallest limbs that may have fallen off during removal. I would hire them again!

The team from 1-800-Tree-Expert exceeded all expectations they were punctial, professional and very carefull. They provided an in depth assesment prior to the work being done to make sure they understood all requirements. They went out of their way in many ways two examples: to neatly stack the firewood; to "chip" in the back of my yard (where it would be easier for me to store the mulch). Afterwards they did a great job cleaning up and provided another walktrough to make sure we were happy. We would defnitely recommend them for any tree service work.

He got his team to the property when he said he would to create immediate access. Then later, (with in 2 days) in less inclement weather, his folks removed the debris. He also referred me to a stump grinding company. And, while I would have preferred a lower cost for one tree, his pricing was not exorbitant. I thought he was professional, timely and thorough and will use his service again.

It was a great experience and we were very happy with the work. I thought the price that Mark charged to remove the fallen tree (and base) was more than fair and was minimal in comparison to having to make repairs to our fence if we let it go. In addition, Mark cleared one or two smaller trees that held up the fallen tree and moved some other large limbs branches for no additional cost. Mark and his crew were professional and very easy to work with. My expereince with 1-800-TREE-EXPERT was top-notch and will use him if I have any tree work in the future.

Excellent service. Prompt and ready to work. Angie list recommendations motivate this contractor to perform good work at fair price. Work performed in less time than I originally had estimated, even considering job was quoted by the hour.

The team came out and did great work but there was some miscommunication on one of the branches on one of the trees as I was out of town while the work was done. When I called Mark to ask about the issue, he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Mark came out personally to make sure the work was done and we were happy. It was an extra mile of service that made me appreciate what he does.

Mark came out the same day I called to give an estimate which he did in person. A couple days later they showed up and cut down the trees requested. The chipper did break down towards the end, but he sent a crew out to finish up and did some extra work for free to make up for it.

When Mark's crew arrived they handled to job quickly and efficiently. They removed the tree and cut the branches off and moved the logs out of the way. As I said before, I was in a very stressful situation and Mark's crew helped me out tremendously.

This project went great, we had several companies give us estimates of triple what 1-800-tree-expert did. They did the work perfectly and even cut down part of a tree that was dead for us and didn't charge us extra! Our driveway looks better than before they were here. Thanks so much, we would definitely recommend them!

The job ended up taking longer and requiring more staff than expected, but Mark honored the original bid with no questions asked. He is insured, licensed, bonded and provided a certificate of insurance for both liability and worker's comp. He returned my call and conducted the site assessment the same day, and the job was completed in 10 hours within a couple of days of making contact with him, all at a competitive price. He truly is a pleasure to work with and a true arborist.

Mark is very professional in making short work of a difficult task. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use Mark again if I need any tree work. Very reasonable prices too!
