Description of Work: Checked a fan that wasn't working and we had asked him to replace with a new one that we had purchased. But he found that it was just the electrical outlet and he replaced that. This allowed us to take the fan back and saved us over $ 100. We were very happy with his promptness and follow thru. This house is rented and we live out of state, so it is sometimes hard to get someone you can count on. Mr. Mowry got in touch with our tenant as promised and showed up as he said. We will call him again when we have a need.
