I purchased an extended warranty for my Delonghi (gas) range from TechServices and was directed to Calhoun Service for my warranty needs. I received a call from the (Tech)Service Center telling me that I would be contacted by this Company (Calhoun Service). 2 weeks later, I had never heard from them and contacted them, as directed by the Service Center. They (Calhoun Service) said they had never received the information from the (Tech)Service Center and would contact them (Calhoun Service). Five days later, I still had not heard from them (Calhoun Service) and called back. They said they still had not received the information from the Service Center and would check and call me back. This time she (Dorothy) did called me back and we scheduled an appointment (1-3p) ((the information had been in her SPAM folder the entire time)). The appointment came and went and no sign of anyone from Calhoun Service, so I call them back and she (wife) said he (husband) got "hung up" and would reschedule, so They (Calhoun Service) rescheduled another appointment and that appointment time (1-3p) came and went and no sign of anyone from Calhoun Service, so I called them (Calhoun Service) back and we attempted one more scheduled time (1-3p) and they were to call before coming (as normal) and the appointment time was the same as another service call (Charter) to make it easier. That appointment time came and went and no sign of anyone from Calhoun Service, so when I called, she said that I told her a different time (not sure why I would want to not to them at the same time but ... ) and that he would be there later that day, so I made sure they had the correct contact information for my husband and went on to a meeting. Well, he finally called as he is sitting in our driveway at 5:30p - really!? When my husband advised he could be there in about 20 minutes, he said he couldn't wait (really) and left, so I have contacted them 3 times, spoke to Dorothy once and she acted like we inconvenienced her by not being at our house 3 hours after he was suppose to be there and then couldn't wait for 20 minutes, so Now they will not answer my calls. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
