Description of Work: They refinished our hardwood floors - sanded, stained, and put down 2 coats of polyurethane. Their sander broke on day 1, but they still manged to get the job done on time. They didn't pull up the quarter round/baseboards, and when they stained the steps, they didn't remove/clean the caulking either. The stain tinted the caulking a darker color. The "gym coat" was done well. They took our last minute change with the stain color really well. They even did test patches of the various colors for us without us asking. (Even though they had to go back and sand it all again.)

Description of Work: Requested to lay laminate flooring in two bedrooms - 300 sq ft total. Replaced quarter round and two thresholds. All furniture, carpet padding and staples removed prior to their arrival. Allow all flooring and quarter round purchased and delivered to home awaiting their arrival.

+ 1 moreMr. Pasleys crew was very professional and very respectful to my family and our belongings. All our furniture had to be moved and they handled everything with care and cleared all things with me before making decisions with my hardwood and gave me my options. I would definitely recommended this company and will use him for all my tile, hardwood, and carpet. We are now working on a personalized tile shower and steam room with Mr. Pasley!!!
