The job ended up being less complicated than originally thought. We would have had no idea. Colby could have charged us the original quoted price and we would have never known. However, he was upfront and honest and lowered the price accordingly. We will definitely use them again.

The Southern Wash Co. did an excellent job on the Estimate that was provided to me during their initial visit. I was not at home during the actual job and was amazed at the finished project when I got home that afternoon. Although there was a area in the back that was not completed on the first day; once it was brought to the attention of Colby, it was taken care of the next day with the exact same results. Customer Service is excellent in this family oriented run business. I will definitely utilize them again in the future.
