+ -1 moreMy wife is an accountant, and Mr Kelly was one of her clients. He convinced us he could build us a great home at a great price. Well, shame on me for not even bringing in a home inspector to check on the work. It is and has always been shoddy construction. Outlets and ceiling lights have actually been pulled out of the wall, as they were not even attached to studs. All kinds of shoddy construction in the house. This guy does not even attempt to make sure the house is ready to be moved in before signing closing contract. Do not use!!!
